In winter you ski from the slopes directly to the front door. Sledding and cross-country skiing in immediate vicinity. In summer, you start hikes and bike tours for all ages and levels of difficulty directly from the house. From the balcony you enjoy breathtaking views of the Surselva valley and surrounding mountain peaks

Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

The house is located just 900 m from the ski lifts, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.
