Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Garden happiness and country love await you at Regine's beautiful thatched cottage in the village of Bellin. Nature lovers are welcome and will feel comfortable here. Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), directly on the Keller lake, where you can cool your feet in just 150 meters. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. SUP tours, cycling, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 2.5 km.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house.
