Comfortable and cozy apartment, surrounded by greenery in the beautiful Talvera park, with bike paths and wonderful walks along the river. Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.

Positioned on the top floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites.
