Loft vacation rentals in Detroit

Well thought out space with a cozy feel. Great natural light during the day. Excellent location great restaurants and stores just minutes walking. This is a unique and historical nieghborhood. It’s quiet and great restaurants and grocery is within walking distance. Also quick 10 minute drive to downtown Detroit.

Great place. I loved the decor!

David's place was a perfect location for the training I was in town for. The Q Line which is free was just one block away which was super convenient. The place has a beautiful large window in the front which allows for lots of natural light which I love. Also, David was super accommodating to my late check out request which was really nice and the snacks and water in the suite along with the high tech bed were unexpected bonuses!

This is one of my favorite AirBnBs in recent memory. Just book it. It's well-stocked and beautifully decorated. The space feels like someones home without being overly cluttered or messy. There's enough cookware that you can make your own meals if you don't want to go out. It's well-located. It's around the corner from the Q, which you can take into downtown or further north to spots like the art museum. You're within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Detroit, and would love to stay at Lisa's place again!

Our stay at Don's place was great! The space is big and matches the pictures well. Everything was neat and clean and we had all the necessary amenities. The best part was the Ninja blender, we were able to make smoothies each morning. Area is highly walkable with the Eastern Markets nearby and the Dequindre Cut Greenway which leads to the waterfront in super nice. Several walkable food and coffee options. Don was great and responsive to all of our questions. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

The place is really comfortable and just as the pictures (with the most comfy beds ever!). The location is great, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was free and accessible. My only observation is that you need to complete a form and share your ID and other personal info before check-in. Additionally, you are required to do a little bit of cleaning yourself on top of the cleaning fee, by stripping all used beds and putting all towels in the washing machine and starting it with a pod, which delayed my check-out time. But highly recommend!!

Arthur was very nice and his place is awesome! I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Detroit.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few day get away and we both loved it. It looks exactly like the photos with great lighting and comfy seating, the beds were really big as well. The floors seemed like they weren’t cleaned the best but it wasn’t too bad and the area was slightly sketchy but a lot of good coffee shops near by. My girlfriend left some of her hair products on accident and they were very responsive and extremely helpful on helping us get them. We loved the place and our stay, honestly would just live there if we could!

Thank you again Margaret for a enjoyable weekend in your loft. We never drove our vehicle, our goal was to walk everywhere and we accomplished our goal. Misses seeing you, will be back for a Lions game.

From check in to check out this place was amazing. This is next level in Airbnb. It was amazing to get up in the morning and walk to get coffee. I didn’t, but I could’ve counted the steps. It’s that close. Downtown shopping in Milford is fantastic. The restaurants are amazing as well. All of that is available to you when you open the front door and step out onto Main Street. It’s like living in a Hallmark movie.

What a wonderful Airbnb! It felt like a home away from home for the 10 days we stayed while visiting family. The loft is tastefully decorated and is clean, comfortable and spacious. Milan is a pleasant small town while still close to Ann Arbor. Life is Sweet bakery and The Owl coffee/bar are right across the street and are great places to visit! I highly recommend staying at Brian’s place. (One note is that there is no shower soap provided, so you do need to bring your own.)

My stay was great because I got what I paid for and then some. The apartment was quiet, peaceful and as described.
