I booked a night at Sita’s for my mother and step father while we were in town for a wedding. My mum said that Sita was a warm and friendly host. She was very accommodating and the stay was hassle free. The place was cozy and my mum also described it as “casual comfort”.

This place is clean and decorated nicely. The floors are squeaky which takes some getting used to. The host was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. Overall I would book again.

This was a nice airbnb for our stay over the holidays visiting family. We enjoyed the space. It was very warm and welcoming.

Stayed here with my family during a wedding weekend nearby. Great place for a group since there were so many bedrooms with larger beds (i.e. not having to cram everyone into a room with multiple bunk beds). We really liked the walkability to Ann Arbor -- not too far of a walk to the Arboretum, Campus, or to even get downtown. Hosts were on top of communication; though we didn't need anything, we felt like if anything did come up, we'd get the support we needed.

I stayed there for almost 2 months. Neighbors are very friendly and nice. Quite neighborhood. The unit is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. I loved it! I would recommend it. The owners were very nice and always responded quickly.

Stayed for three days. Place was as described, cozy. Wish they would provide broom, dust pan, shelf for cosmetics and towel rack in bathroom. The hot water issue is fixed, no problem getting a hot shower. Appreciated the remodeled bathroom and black out curtains in bedroom. Easy to get anywhere from this location.

Property is immaculate with great hosts!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Leslie’s property. It was a cute little townhouse decorated to perfection. English country cottage was a perfect description. Every inch of this home was immaculate. Leslie was welcoming and helpful without being overbearing and intrusive. The place was very comfortable. Leslie also went out of her way to make sure her guests were welcomed. She anticipated every need and want, and it was there. Can’t recommend this place enough!! Thank you, Leslie! Sleeping was very quiet, bed was comfortable, linens in bed and bath were great.

Cory was great to deal with and has a beautiful home. Not only was he super communicative and accommodating but he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with our stay. His response time to any message was fantastic and he gave us a ton of info in advance that set us up greatly for our stay. We truly enjoyed the experience and will 100% be staying here again!

We spent a month in Jayne-Alexandre's lovely townhome and it was the perfect landing spot in between homes. The location couldn't be better. The weather was just getting nice in Michigan, so we walked to dinner on Main Street in Royal Oak many evenings. The small backyard was perfect for our dog, and there was plenty of room for us all in the cozy house. Communication was exactly what it should have been, and Jayne was always accessible when we needed her, which, thankfully wasn't often. Highly suggested to anyone looking for a spot in the Royal Oak area.

I had friends come out of town and we were all in agreement that this one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The host provided us with every amenity possible but whats really impressive is that this house had absolutely every little amenity. So many convenient tools and gadgets in the house and they were all quality products. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything possible!! We would come back here without a doubt. Really cute and beautiful house. Thank you for the stay!!

I booked a hotel highly rated on multiple sites. When we checked in, it was disgusting. Everything was booked, so I turned to Airbnb and found Andra's place. It was what we needed and available. Andra was quick to reply, but the unit was actually NOT available. She said it would be ready the next day. Andra messaged the next morning letting me know it was ready, but expecting a 4pm check in, we had driven to my parents place the night before (an hour+ away). I also had to work, so we ended up not being able to check in until late in the day. When we got to the unit, it was great. The place was as-pictured and everything was clean. Many times I see highly rated places that are clean but have a "lived in" smell and the dishes are aligned just so, yet have finger/ lip prints on them. None of that here. I loved the room with a desk and large monitor for guest use. Made work so easy. Andra also accommodated late check out, which I also appreciated very much! Thank you, Andra!

This is a wonderful house where my family and I had a warm and relaxing long weekend. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable — a perfect home away from home. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. If we travel to this area again, we would definitely choose this place again!

We loved this place! Perfect and walkable to Downtown Royal Oak. We were attending a concert at the theatre and had a really great day in the area beforehand. The space was comfy, homey, and had everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely return!

Just as described, private and quiet. Close to grocery, fuel, eateries and activities. Highly responsive host! Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll be pleased with the quality, service, and location. Wish all Airbnb’s were as terrific as this one.

The location is the best. It is directly across the street from Little Ceasars arena. We never had to use an Uber, walked to Comerica, Greentown, bars, and restaurants. You have your own garage, just park and walk to any event, Fillmore, Fox, Comerica. Clean and no clutter. The bath towels were very nice! Angie, the host, was very responsive and accommodating.

I really love the house. Conveniently located. A gas station right down the street. Really enjoyed spending some time out on the balconies. The furniture and set up was beautiful. Great job decorating the place. Beds were comfy and room were nice sized rooms. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Detroit.. Thank you Soo much for letting me stay at your beautiful home..
