We had the best time staying at 1136 Sandpiper Cove! The condo was super cute and felt so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we especially loved having a full-size crockpot. It made dinners easy after a day at the beach. The beds were really comfy, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The washer and dryer were super convenient, too. The beach closet was such a nice! Chairs, umbrellas, and toys were all there, which made our beach days a breeze. The location right on the beach was amazing, and we loved relaxing on the back deck. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Kim, the host, was super responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. And the highlight for my kids? They found 11 shark teeth just a few steps away from the beach access! Definitely a memory we’ll all treasure. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

The place was exactly as described. Beautiful view! Great restaurants nearby that you can walk to and a short drive to other places as well. We really enjoyed time at the pool and tiki bar. Tracey was very responsive to messages during our stay.

My family and I had a perfect week at Melissa’s place. So convenient and easy for my kids and I to go to the pools and beach every day. Very clean, safe, and kitchen had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

My friend and I spent two nights here as a little mini beach trip and the connivence is well worth every penny. We were right by the water and the sand was so clean and white. Beautiful ocean view and a (surprisingly) quiet condo for us going on a holiday weekend! The condo location is right in between TONS of places to visit, dine and explore. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is such a great place! We had 3 people in our group and sleeping was comfortable and not cramped. The walk to the beach was easy and super quick. Would recommend staying here 100%! Hope to be back soon!

This place was great! Very cozy and I have to say the best parts were the shower and AC Units 😂 I know it sounds crazy but it felt so nice after a long day in the sun to come in to a nice cool house! Appliances were very nice and up to date

Stayed at this apartment and honestly, it was perfect. The location couldn’t be better — just a straight 2-minute walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants are all super close. The apartment itself was really comfortable. One thing I appreciated the most was how great the sleeping setup was. In Florida, it’s either too hot or freezing from the AC, but here everything felt just right. The ceiling fans in every room were a great touch — made the whole place feel fresh and breezy. The design of the apartment was really nice, cozy but modern. We were a group of four, including a 4-year-old, and it felt super safe and comfortable for all of us. The pool was also great — not crowded at all, even in June. Lots of parking available and super easy access from the garage to the elevator. Would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be booking again next time!

simply amazing....what a wonderful vacation

We greatly enjoyed this space. It was very spacious and we had more than enough room. We loved the view and the balcony was great! The bed was very comfortable and the whole unit was very comfortable. There were beach chairs and an umbrella to use. The resort was busy but it still wasn’t over crowded. There are carts to use to haul your luggage and multiple sets of elevators. The amenities were great and access to the beach was easy. The unit is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and activities. We would stay again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this place. The condo was clean, well organized, and very clear in all instructions. We highly recommend this place and these owners! Hope to return in the future!

We were pleasantly surprised with just how nice it was decorated. So “beachy” We absolutely loved it! The two big palm trees outside the balcony were chefs kisses. Literally a two minute walk from the front door to walking on sand. Mary checked on us after a couple days and again the day before we checked out. She was super sweet and gave us clear instructions on check in/out. We enjoyed every second of our trip and looking forward to visiting again next year!

This place was everything we were hoping it would be! We stayed for our honeymoon and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Very short walking distance to 3 beach accesses, quiet surroundings but still close to all of the popular restaurants and stores, and just all around a beautiful apartment! Terrah is one of the best hostess that we’ve ever had! I will not hesitate to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay for a little trip. It is also the perfect distance to the beach and places to eat!

Our stay was just what we needed. A great place to relax, quick walk to the beach, pet-friendly, and easy walk to Pier Park where we ate several times and went to a movie one afternoon. We loved having our pup with us. The dog park was so convenient. We also visited the dog beach several times. (We drove to the dog beach because of the heat and distance for our pup). Be prepared for traffic. Sometimes finding a parking space at the rental was a challenge, but we came Memorial Day weekend and it was really busy in the area. After the weekend, there were more parking spots. The complex was clean and people are very friendly. We had a great week!

WARNING: “CEO” of property and property management were very unwelcoming. We were told that we could park our golf cart on the property, and then they immediately called a towing company and ridiculed my partner for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great! The room was very nice and came with all amenities that were needed. The pool is very nice. The condo is in a great location on the beach. Our host, Michelle, was very nice! I’d definitely recommend staying with this host again.

This is our second time staying at Emily & Ian’s place this season. They are such attentive, wonderful hosts. Their place is spotless, well decorated, with an unbeatable location. The beach is a 3-minute walk across the street, or pool is just steps away! There is a charcoal grill next to the pool that we utilized daily. And Publix is a 4-minute drive. We love it!

Really gorgeous location and definitely worth what we paid. The dryer didn’t work the best and takes two cycles to dry tee shirts and towels. You might also want to bring facial tissue/Kleenex as there isn’t any and some extra trash bags. The beach area was quieter than other locations which we really liked. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves at night. There is a small gas station/convenience store right across the street and a Waffle House and a couple of breakfast spots within easy walking distance.

We very much enjoyed our first ever vacation to PCB and staying in the beautiful Majestic Beach Resort! Valentina was very helpful and quick to communicate with us during the booking and checking in process and was very clear in her instructions as to what we should do and expect. We enjoyed our time both at the beach and the resort pool, and just hanging out in the room where we could see dolphins playing in the surf from the bed. This property is in a prime location with plenty of attractions, shopping, and other fun things to do within a short walk or drive. I highly recommend driving up the coast a little ways to have dinner and drinks at Shuckums, a round of Putt-Putt at Coconut Creek and breakfast from the Sunrise Cafe!
