Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. The accommodation is divided into: hallway, kitchen, WoZi and a SchlaZi with a cozy 2x2 m bed. Distances: Lübeck: 44 km Kiel: 30 km Baltic Sea: 29 km Hansapark: 33 km

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Our house is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a meadow and a small forest. You can reach the Great Plön Lake in just a few minutes on foot. The attic, in which the apartment is located, has 3 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen/living room with balcony (southwest-facing), 1 bathroom and 1 small laundry room. A large kettle grill (charcoal) is available on the balcony.
