Vacation rentals with a patio in Derby

Right from the start Craig was very pro-active in messaging and ensuring I was comfortable about where I was going and how to access it. The location is remarkable as it's within a few minute's walk of Nottingham city centre and yet it feels like a quiet suburb - all I could hear most of the time was birdsong. The downside is that being city centre you have to navigate city-centre traffic to reach it if driving but given it's proximity to the railway station that may not be an issue. The onsite parking with the parking permit was a real advantage. The apartment itself is exactly as described and is very homely. Craig has provided a number of 'extras' that are unusual in a property like this such as Sky TV and a coffee machine and it felt generous. All in all I'd very happily recommend Craig's place to anyone who wanted easy access to Nottingham city centre but also wants peace and quiet.

I had a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend to others! It was comfortable and spacious in the living area and bedroom and everything was functional and easy to use. Instructions for check in and pool/ping pong table were clear and I was left to it which was nice but I felt that I could absolutely reach out if I needed anything at all! Excellent all round

Just had an amazing three night stay in The Loft. Easy check in with great communication. Place was spotless and so peaceful. Walks right from the doorstep which was perfect for us and the Manifold Inn an easy 20min walk on quiet country lane. Food was delicious. Highly recommend a stay here and would love to return. Keep up the good work. :)

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The beds and sofa's were very comfortable and Phillip was a lovely host. The location was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Steve the host is always available and answered any questions very quickly. The flat was very clean and everything described as it was. Location was as we wanted close to restaurants and bars everything within walking distance. As it says it next door to a bar (cocktail bar) and is loud but we was fine with that.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at! Jane was a lovely host, so responsive and helpful, and had thought of everything! Property was spotless and well stocked, especially the kitchen which had everything you could need. All beds were very comfortable, showers and bath were fabulous! We stayed with our three year old and one year old, the house is very child friendly and baby safe. Location is ideal for the short walk to Tutbury and for drives around the local area. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommend.

Everything about the bungalow was superb, very homely and beautiful. Location is perfect, double private parking at the front of the house, comfortable beds and cosy front room and large private sit out garden. Not far from the venue of the wedding ceremony we attended. We had a great stay at the house, Melanie is a wonderful lady, very friendly, approachable, considerate. She went above and beyond for us and made our stay a pleasant one. Despite a busy road outside the bungalow, the atmosphere was serene, peaceful and calm. We only stayed for two nights and was able to go for a walk around Beeston Golf club and Attenborough Natural Reserve, as advised by Melanie, who also gave us directions, making it easier for us moving around. We should have stayed longer. We will definitely recommend Melanie's bungalow to family and friends and will visit again. As a matter of fact, my daughter is researching Nottingham and planning to stay at the bungalow. Thank you, Melanie, you are a gem.

We had a lovely family break at Caroline’s Lodge. The setting is beautiful and we really enjoyed the access to, otherwise, private land for lovely walks and visiting Staunton Harold courtyard. The lodge itself had everything we needed. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils for 6 people. Many thanks for the welcome cake and bottle of wine in the fridge they were a lovely touch which we appreciated. We have had family breaks like this over the last three years and Caroline’s place is the best so far. We would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was really helpful, gave us some recommendations of local places to eat. The house had all the amenities you could need to make your stay a real home away from home. It was spotlessly clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, cosy and with all of the various toiletries and such that were provided, we had everything we could possibly need to have a relaxing weekend. Great stay with Katie, the pictures don't do it justice - the views are lovely. Katie was so responsive. The kitchen was well stocked, salt, pepper, tea, coffee cleaning products, bin bags. The only comment I would make is maybe to think about making recycling easier to have some separate bins.

A lovely calm and peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. The house was beautifully clean and very comfortable. Loved watching the wildlife in the garden.

What a wonderful week we had staying in the garden nook! Everything was perfect from start to finish and Lisa was great in telling us about the local restaurants and brilliant walks to take us to the nearest villages. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and have had the most relaxing and revitalising stay. We even got to feed the baby calves and lambs on our second night which was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back next year! Thanks again for an amazing stay! ☺️

An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

We were in the area for a family get-together, and the accommodation was ideal. Hosts were friendly and informative. The local nature reserve was ideal for walking the dogs, and Maggie's Den at the fishing lakes does a good breakfast. Would recommend as perfect for a couple.

Sanjay is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. The apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to be near the city centre. The apartment is gorgeous getaway and I could not recommend it more. Next time I’m in Leicester it’s where I will stay.

We had a lovely stay at Kim’s Annex, the place was beautifully kept and even found a few little extras on arrival such as milk, jam, bread, eggs and cereal. It’s an easy walk to the centre of Southwell where there are lots of lovely independent shops, bakeries and there are plenty of countryside walks nearby. Arrival instructions were very clear, absolutely cannot fault it and would love to return in the future! ☺️

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!
