Madeleine's a wonderful lady. from the minute I booked until arrival, Madeleine went out of her way to help me, Including a late pick up from the train station at 2245. Madeleine also made me sandwiches for my lunch - thick cheese and tomato - since I was working nearby and also prepared me a very tasty breakfast. madeleines room is exactly as described, and the photographs are true-to-life. Overall, don't bother with anywhere in Nottingham. stay here. you will not regret it.

A little gem of a place, tucked away from the main road & very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Newark. Suzanne is a great host, very welcoming & friendly who is always on hand if needed. A good supply of provisions were waiting for us upon arrival including milk, bread cereals & crossiants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when next in the area.

Spot on, just what we needed. Comfortable and clean, 10 minute taxi from the city centre. Fin was friendly and responded quickly and helpfully whenever I asked anything. Would definitely use again.

Scott's place was great for the six of us during our visit to Nottingham. The location was perfect, and Scott was on hand to answer all of our questions throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Adie made us feel very welcome, and made sure we had everything we needed. He left us bread, milk,cereals,teabags,coffee and even a bottle of wine, etc. We were just a little surprised that we had to be out by 10am, we could have done with a little longer. It was great that the dogs came and visited as we were missing ours. Thank you Adie for a wonderful place to lay our heads and get ready for our granddaughters wedding.

We Really enjoyed our stay at the Barn. Very quiet area but also very close to the shopping area and main roads which made it very easy to find. Alan was a Great host ,he replied to Messages quickly and gave useful information. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming . We would highly recommend the Barn . Thank you Alan 😁

Very convenient for our visit, felt like a safe and secure location. The property was quiet, clean and had wonderful country views. Two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen gives you all that you need.

1 Dalebrook View is a thoughtfully furnished and very spacious apartment which immediately feels like home. Very comfortable beds and well designed living spaces with everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Kate could not be more helpful and gives clear details and instructions for everything you need during your stay. Good dog walks can be taken from the front door and there is a small enclosed green area 2 minutes walk away called The Grove next to the Fish and Chip shop. It is an ideal place to briefly take a dog to at the beginning and each end of the day. We visited The Moon Inn in Stoney Middleton and nearby Calver Arms plus local cafes. All offering good food and drink options, although we found the Eyam cafés to be very expensive, busy, slow on service or closed. Our booking for three nights from Sunday meant we missed out on a few things not being open including the local Toll Bar fish and chips open Wednesday to Saturday. We will just have to return another time!

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's. The flat was spotless and it was lovely to have fresh milk when we arrived. Excellent communication made the check in very easy

Very quiet, clean accommodation. Bed was superb!

Had a great stay. Very friendly greeting from Steve who told us everything we needed to know. Very comfy beds and good space for two friends (we had the room set up as two twin beds). Would happily stay again if needing to be up Loughborough way again! Very easy to get to from Loughborough station too, quick taxi ride.

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation which was larger than expected. Clare was very helpful and quick to respond when we contacted her. We appreciated the breakfast items and 11 am check out time, which made it a relaxed stay.

The dog friendly bungalow was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and it's a great location.

Where do I start? This place was incredible and exactly as advertised. Rachael is a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. The bathroom was modern, clean and had a decent shower. My room was provided with a towel and even a little sweet upon arrival. The little thoughtful features didn’t stop there. In the morning there was toast and cereal to have as well as hot drinks. The best part was that the table was cutely set with bowls, plates, cups and cutlery for us all to sit and have breakfast together. Unfortunately, I was off out earlier than everyone else but it was the thought that counted. I attended many events at Sherwood Forrest and I will 100% be back. Peter

I needed somewhere close to my meeting and Polly's place ticked all the boxes. The room was well fitted, clean and comfortable. It felt like home. Polly was friendly and welcoming and an excellent host. There was a sizable garden if I wished to sit in it and I could help myself to drinks and breakfast. I was even offered cake! I would definitely recommend. Excellent value for money!

Paula welcomed us into her beautiful home and made us feel comfortable there from the moment we arrived. She showed us around and offered us a free upgrade to a larger room as it wasn't occupied when we stayed. We accepted the larger room, which had a very comfortable king size bed and all the amenities we could have wished for. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day.
