Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Nestled on a slow road with very minimal traffic so it's great for kids! 1 mile from Higgins Lake Boat launch and just a few miles from Houghton Lake. Walking distance to state property trails for quads, SxS, and snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Great restaurants or ice cream are just a few minutes away! Enjoy up north without being too close to neighbors!

The cabin has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen and spacious living area. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the large top-level deck. Amenity Highlights: hot tub, outdoor stove, Keurig, washer/dryer, 16'x24' elevated deck and walking trails throughout property. Guest access: top level of cabin. *Enter the cabin via the stairway to the deck.

Our vacation property escape is super comfortable. It includes all dishes, pans, utensils you'll need. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with full bed. Fully stocked w/10 cup coffeemaker. Air Conditioning in the primary bedroom and living room area. TV with Live TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! The deck/porch is spacious, featuring chairs and lounges.

Centrally located cottage on the South Shore at Houghton Lake and 40 paces to your private dock access. This charming, recently remodeled cottage on the east bay of Houghton Lake offers stunning sunset views and a sandy beach. Perfect for extended stays, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the rental includes 2 kayaks for added fun. The cottage features 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a Murphy Bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. Please note, the dock is not available for use. Enjoy a relaxed check-out time until 11 AM.
