Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Dénia

My wife and I stayed at Inge's house for a wedding weekend along with two other couples, and it was one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. A beautiful home with an amazing layout, clean, spacious, and an excellent location in the town. Parking for two cars in the garage also a massive bonus. Would highly recommend.

we were won over by this accommodation, the terrace overlooking the montgo delighted our eyes every morning at breakfast. we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants. and the quiet of this accommodation, even with the window open. the owner was very nice.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Our stay was really nice, the house is beautiful and the garden lush and peaceful. The only small downside was the kitchen equipment, but Ricardo was responsive to help us out quickly.

Javier’s house is beautiful, the design and comfort details both inside and out are outstanding and it truly feels like your very gorgeous Denia’n home as soon as you walk through the front door. The outdoor space is exceptional, with lots of space to relax and even a fabulous outdoor Tiki bar and kitchen! Everywhere is immaculate and the check in was so fast and friendly. We would not hesitate to return to this great home.

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is sparkling clean and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) played wonderfully in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!) and by car you can be in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and have a nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several lovely places in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast because of few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

Perfect location for a holiday in the seaside toen of Javea, near to the rocky beach. The apartment is fully equipped and very cosy.

The apartment was spacious, bright, welcoming and we particularly appreciated the large terrace and the view of the surroundings.

Really beautiful and cosy apartment, 5min walk to the main square but at the same time on a very peaceful and quiet street. Public parking 1min walk from the apartment. Apartment itself is very clean and cosy with balcony accessable from the living room and the bedroom, with beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed my evenings there with a glass of wine and didn't even want to go out. A few min drive to Guadalest Reservoir parking where I did a hike around the reservoir. Found a secluded place for sunbathing with a book and enjoying a swim to cool down. Exponentia was always responsive within max 30min, and helpful in her responses. Good price for what was on offer and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Inge’s place was absolutely gorgeous. Well decorated and tasteful! It had a gorgeous view and was well situated. Inge was very friendly and had good communication. She was very patient with us around communication, as we were a group of 4 with two babies so things were a bit hectic at times! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

What can I say but WOW! What a beautiful apartment with a fantastic terrace within walking distance of Denia town. Joelle you have thought of everything to make guests stay so comfortable, hot showers, air-conditioning, fantastic and comfortable beds, such a well equipped kitchen and fantastic terrace within walking distance plenty of tables, chairs, sun beds and those fabulous views, we loved sitting out there and looking at the beautiful mountains. Great facilities - beautiful kept gardens, paddle court and big spacious swimming pool, which was great to cool down in. This is one of the best apartments that we have ever stayed in. Also the Mercadona, practically on our doorstep - fantastic selection of foods. Easy access to Denia Old Town through the Castle Tunnel and fab restaurants with delicious food, didn’t want to go home. Sorry we did not get to meet you, Sylvie was a fantastic and kind host. Would love to come back, merci beaucoup, Arlene et Liz 😊

Dagmar and John are very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, fully equipped, cozy, the garden is also beautiful. One of the most beautiful places I've ever been. I hope I'll have another chance to stay with them.

John is just the nicest, most helpful and friendly guy. He showed us all 3 apartments and they are all fabulous. So well designed and stylishly decorated and furnished. The location is superb and it is so soothing hearing the waves at night and feeling the gentle sea breeze. We have travelled a lot over the years but this must be one of the best placed we’ve ever stayed at.

We had a fabulous stay in Dénia at Nuria’s apartment. It was very clean and kept to a very high standard, exactly like the pictures. We received very clear instructions on check in and our host always checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. We would love to return again.

We had an incredible time with the family. Very comfortable apartment with all the tools and amenities to make a getaway and just worrying about enjoying. Unbeatable location, especially if you are going with young children as being a residential area you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool. I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

I stayed at Carlos’ wonderful apartment for three weeks and loved it. I have mobility issues and the fact that there was a lift and it’s on the raised ground floor was perfect for me. The front and back terraces mean sunshine all day and the complex pool and amenities are fabulous. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I will definitely book again. Carlos was very helpful, communicative and kind. An amazing stay!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Beautiful penthouse, with all the amenities, the only thing to improve is the bed below that is very uncomfortable but there were 4 of us and we had another single bed and the sofa, otherwise it is highly recommended, we will return

The place was perfect and just as described. The rooftop terrace was excellent with the marina one side and the courtyard with bars and restaurants the other. We’ll definitely be back!
