Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

A 5-minute walk from the beach, with a jacuzzi, pool, chill-out area and outdoor kitchen, you will feel like you are in paradise. Fully equipped and spacious chalet with all possible amenities. It has private space for 5 cars. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and is surrounded by restaurants and beach bars, as well as public transportation to downtown Denia.
