A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

I looooove Ricardo Bofill, finally visiting "La Muralla Roja" was a dream come true, seeing his work up close in Calpe only deepened my appreciation for his genius. The building is truly one of a kind, walking through it feels like exploring a living sculpture, with bold colors, sharp geometry, and unexpected perspectives at every turn. It’s a visual and spatial experience that plays beautifully with light and shadow. What really took me by surprise, though, was the stunning natural setting. Calpe offers the perfect balance of sea and mountains, and the views from around the complex are breathtaking. A tip for future visitors: definitely rent a car. The terrain is hilly, and unless you're ready for a lot of climbing, having your own wheels will make exploring much easier. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip that I'd recommend to any design lover or nature enthusiast.

This is a great apartment in an amazing location. Ideal for families for beach holidays. Rooftop and swimming pool, right at the beach. Well taken care of and well organized. Great host!

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

Very cozy apartment in a very quiet residential complex. Wonderful views, to enjoy beyond the summer. For children, highly recommended for easy access to the beach, park and pool. A 10.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Really a lovely place to stay, with plenty of storage space. The kitchens were well equipped. The view from the villa was really beautiful. I only have one small criticism, or if I had known it beforehand, it probably wouldn't even be one: each guest is only provided with a single towel. I would have liked more towels per guest, because it was stated that towels would be provided.

Spacious and beautiful house with stunning views. Luxury, equipped with slender comforts and the elevator upstairs is a great solution for those who have difficulty walking.

We've just returned from a half-term break at Lydia's bungalow. On arrivale it was clear that Lydia had thought of everything and was extremely wecloming - ice-creams for the kids, beers and nibbles for adults, floaties in the pool and beach towels as well as pool / bath towels. The bungalow is very well equipped, made us feel like we don't have enough crockery at home...There is plenty of outside seating and the pool was fantastic for the kids. The location is very convenient in a peaceful gated community. The local supermarket is 400yds walk and the beach and many restaurants was less than 10 minutes walk. It was our first time to Xabia and we weren't dissappointed, plenty to do within walking distance of the property.

Stop your scrolling and book this place. We stayed here for 6 weeks and felt like at home. Nuria‘s place had everything we needed, plus more! Everything was very comfortable. The apartment is just a few steps from the ocean. The area is very scenic. There is a promenade we walked many times during our stay. Denia and its surrounding area has a lot to offer. We had a great time and would come back again.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week (as a couple). This is very nice and cozy, as in the photos. Everything was super clean and equipped with everything you might need. Communication with Laura was excellent. We had bicycles with us, which was very pleasant for exploring the surrounding area. Otherwise, you're right on the beach on foot. If we travel to Denia again, we will be happy to rent Laura's apartment again.

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable.
