Vacation rentals with beach access in Dénia

We were with my family in mid-March and the weather was changing, but in Denia there are so many experiences and opportunities to relax that we didn't have time to get bored. Great place! Charming old town, beautiful harbor, beaches, and wonderful mountains for trekking. We'll be back !

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

From the start Victor was extremely accommodating as our flight landed late. The apartment is located right in the marina with AMAZING views and is located just a 2 minute walk from the centre of the town. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and check out was flexible. Victor was a great host and was always available through SMS. We would definitely recommend this apartment to those looking for a lovely Spanish dwelling in the heart of Dènia. Thank you for having us!

What can I say but WOW! What a beautiful apartment with a fantastic terrace within walking distance of Denia town. Joelle you have thought of everything to make guests stay so comfortable, hot showers, air-conditioning, fantastic and comfortable beds, such a well equipped kitchen and fantastic terrace within walking distance plenty of tables, chairs, sun beds and those fabulous views, we loved sitting out there and looking at the beautiful mountains. Great facilities - beautiful kept gardens, paddle court and big spacious swimming pool, which was great to cool down in. This is one of the best apartments that we have ever stayed in. Also the Mercadona, practically on our doorstep - fantastic selection of foods. Easy access to Denia Old Town through the Castle Tunnel and fab restaurants with delicious food, didn’t want to go home. Sorry we did not get to meet you, Sylvie was a fantastic and kind host. Would love to come back, merci beaucoup, Arlene et Liz 😊

The stay with Natalia was amazing. Our kids and ourselves loved that we were so super close to the beach. The toddlers only walked for 90 seconds to get from the apartment to the waves. there's a huge supermarket at a 10 minute walk and a Chinese Bazar with snorkels, beach wear etc. at a 5 minute walk. the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for a family with two toddlers. there was a beach umbrella and sand toys. the apartment is very small but that worked for us. the only thing is that the kids room got smelly quickly when we didn't have the doors and windows open, which was the case when the kids went to bed. - but they did not mind. the bus stop is right outside the premise but we did not understand the schedule and in the off season it just seemed like it didn't run that often... we ended up renting a car and Natalia gave us great ideas of what to do. for example we enjoyed going to the hot springs or horse back riding. I would highly recommend going there.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. This was already our second stay at an Airbnb – and this apartment was really an absolute dream! We didn't lack anything. I was particularly enthusiastic about the osmosis system and the fantastic shower gel, of which I immediately bought seven bottles and took them back to Germany. Waking up in the morning and jumping straight into the pool was just wonderful. In the afternoon, we enjoyed relaxing in the private garden in the sun – that was really great. Two additional deck chairs would have made the whole thing even more perfect. But that was just a small detail and did not spoil our stay. We would come back any time and find it very unfortunate that we couldn't stay longer. The place is ideal to unwind and relax, and at the same time you are in the middle of city life in a few minutes. The Galician restaurant just around the corner is fantastic.

we were won over by this accommodation, the terrace overlooking the montgo delighted our eyes every morning at breakfast. we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants. and the quiet of this accommodation, even with the window open. the owner was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at José Juan's house. A super comfortable apartment, beachfront in a very quiet area. The apartment was as advertised in the photos, spacious, very comfortable, clean and tidy and with a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea. Above all, Jose Juan's kindness and availability at all times should be noted!! We will definitely be back

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Perfect location for a holiday in the seaside toen of Javea, near to the rocky beach. The apartment is fully equipped and very cosy.

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. A wonderful experience, thank you Jorge, we would love to return!

We had a nice time in Denia. All amenities were present in the apartment and the bed was very nice! After some searching around, we discovered a very nice street with restaurants in Denia and also in the harbor there were plenty of good and cozy restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Alvaro’s apartment. The flat is amazing, super clean very good location and we found everything we looked for and more on this stay. The communication was amazing, the hosts availability exceptional and we enjoyed every minute spent in this quaint town and this amazing location. The place was perfect and just as described. The rooftop terrace was excellent with the marina one side and the courtyard with bars and restaurants the other. We’ll definitely be back!

I just got back from this beautiful apartment where I spent a weekend with a friend. Unbeatable location if you want peace and quiet (although Denia is 8 minutes away) and with everything you need to feel at home. Direct access to the beach from the small and family-friendly development, which also has a clean and beautiful saltwater pool. Restaurants and supermarkets very close. Jordi is always attentive, thank you so much for everything. Definitely a place to enjoy and repeat.

👋 Hello! I booked this apartment for myself and 3 girl friends! Everything was perfect, The garden/ grounds are pristine and the pool was so beautiful. The apartment was great with good quality equipment and bedding etc. A short walk took you to the beautiful marina with so many restaurants. Thanks so much for such a great trip!! Denia is beautiful 😍
