In our quietly located house in idyllic Ammersbek, a spacious, approx. 70 m² apartment with plenty of daylight and comfortable amenities awaits you on the 2nd floor. The apartment is fully furnished – ideal for relaxing vacations or concentrated work in the countryside. Thanks to a separate entrance, you can enjoy full independence and privacy. A small, sunny outdoor seating area invites you to relax – perfect for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Feel-good idyll by the park

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.

Guest room with private entrance

We offer our guest room with separate entrance to nice people for overnight stays and to linger. The room and bathroom are available for the guests' exclusive use. To relax outdoors, there is a lawn and seating right in front of the entrance. Hoisdorf offers many opportunities for recreation and at the same time good connections by bus/train or car/highway to Hamburg. We are also happy to provide our guests with a bike during their stay.

In our bright and cozy apartment in an old red brick building overlooking the countryside, you immediately feel at home. Whether vacation (35 minutes to the Baltic Sea) or city/business trip (25 minutes by bus and train to HH main station), both can be done from Rahlstedt. The apartment is equipped for everyday needs; whether supermarket, bookstore, pizzeria or weekly market, etc., everything is within walking distance.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

Welcome to our listing. On our former dairy farm between Hamburg and Lübeck, we offer this independent 2-room apartment as a starting point for your adventures in Northern Germany. The former "old milk chamber" was part of the agriculture and livestock farming that has been operated here on our farm for many generations. Now converted into a vacation home, it is experiencing a second spring.

Lovely room-quiet area- 25 minutes to city center

This area is in the outskirts of Hamburg. However the city center is only 25 minutes away. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. You can reach the bus within 4 minutes. The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.
