The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Cute city view Lyon - Gratte Ciel

This cute flat is very well located. In the heart of Villeurbanne Gratte-Ciel, and only a 2 min walk from the metro / tube station. it will bring you to central Lyon by Walk, bus, bike, tram or metro. Gratte-Ciel is a really good location and really loved from Lyonnais as it got everything you need, and it is a very safe area. there is a farmer market every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Local shops and lovely main streets with restaurants, bars and coffee places. it is a really cute area.
