Great host - in a great place to stay. Family with small child was provided with all necessary extras, in addition to a host gift. The area around Francheville is rather quiet but you can quickly reach Lyon by car and bus. We really appreciated the quiet location and the garden with pool. Sylvie even helped with the invitations. We will be happy to come back :)

Exceptional house for 13 people, the pool is great, the park is incredibly large and the interior of the house is very well designed... you don't get in each other's way at all when there are a lot of you!

We were hosted very well, urgently because our weekend rental with another host had been canceled for no reason at 1 a.m. on arrival. Very responsive and pleasant host, we were offered a baby bed following our explanation of the emergency situation, we were also able to ask if we were missing something and kindly served. Everything was perfect. The accommodation was very comfortable, well-equipped and located. We had a pleasant stay with our dog who was able to enjoy the small outdoor area.

The house is very beautiful, the bay windows in the living room have a lot of charm. All the equipment in the house is perfect. The only downside is the size of the beds, which are much too small when it's not couples sleeping in them. And when it comes to large size. We were with friends. Claustrophobes should refrain, the dormitory and attic.

Aurélie’s home was awesome! Great communication and wonderful location. The stairs are steep and it’s three stories if you have small children. We would definitely come back:)

Accommodation spacious enough for 4 people. Perfect parking spot. The apartment is quite quiet considering its location. Access to Groupama Stadium on foot in 25 minutes (be careful however of the road at night which is quite dangerous on foot).

It's close to perfection, everything is very well designed for a 4-night business stay. The accommodation is impeccable, the equipment is state-of-the-art and functional, the layout is pragmatic, the shower and bathroom are excellent, as are the kitchen and the doors. The TV is new and a good size, it's very well built and quite contemporary. This is exactly the kind of accommodation that shouldn't be praised on the platform if we want to be able to come back! David is also super welcoming, adapts to the check-in and checkout times and anticipates needs. The environment is peaceful and even though the other houses are not far away, the neighbors are rather discreet. For me is a 20/20!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emilie's, the outdoor space and the quiet. We were lucky to have summer weather to enjoy it, but we were too hot upstairs, where the bedroom is. Just a shame we can't get into the listing earlier than 5 p.m. But we highly recommend it, a lovely place :)

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long hours of work, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily finish some of my duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee maker, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in a "place to stay". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

Isabelle and her husband were clear, considerate and responsive both in terms of communication beforehand and the welcome and handover of the keys at the end. The space was spotless and perfectly equipped. Nestled in a green setting, the house overlooks the city and opens onto a magnificent panoramic view while remaining accessible by bus (35 min from Part Dieu train station). I highly recommend this place for a stay in Lyon in a small group/family.

Yann was a fantastic host. His place is just like it was in the pictures. He is very responsive and flexible. We forgot something in his house and he so kindly found a way to get it back to us. highly recommend Yann's gorgeous house. we would definitely stay again!

There were 7 of us and we were all won over by the hospitality, flexibility and kindness of our host. A little welcome gift, delicious homemade chocolate tartlets. An impeccable house and it's true that it feels like home. Everything we needed was there and it's very nice. You can go there without so much as a second thought and we will return if the opportunity arises. There's nothing to say, it's a 5/5.
