Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Décines-Charpieu

Beautiful, private home with lovely hosts. We arrived late after travelling from the Amsterdam port. It had been a long day, and the home was beautifully prepared for our stay, with our names written outside the door. It was a special, personal touch, and such a nice thing to see after a long day. Nathalie and Julien were great hosts, very attentive, and allowed us to use their car charger, which was very much needed! Overall, it was a great experience and we wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Florian and Elodie's accommodation is impeccable, very pleasant... we were 15 minutes from the western theater, ideal for us who came to see a play. We'll be happy to go back!

We only stayed for a few days but it was amazing. The host is very friendly and is always available for whatever you may need! Peaceful neighborhood and the house is close to a couple shops, so it’s perfect for longer stays, or just if you need a day to yourself to relax! The house itself is very modern and feels like it’s generally well maintained. There’s an incredible bedroom for kids, equipped with a sort of bunk bed and firefighter pole to slide down into a ball pit! House also comes with a very friendly outdoor cat that lives in the neighborhood and loves attention! Did I mention the turtles?

The accommodation is very pleasant and functional. The outdoor setting is peaceful. Isabelle is always available to answer any questions. I would this property.

Perfect place to relax and chat while enjoying the city. Above all, an incredible terrace that adds an undeniable plus to an apartment that is already more than well-equipped and decorated. Perfect welcome while being very fluid. Recommended

It was a safe and quiet neighborhood, and it was a very pleasant place to stay. It was easy to access the station and easy to shop. I contacted them and received a reply relatively quickly. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

Top accommodation for a short vacation in Lyon or home office. Well-equipped (kitchen, bathroom, desk area), in a quiet neighborhood and with good metro or tram connection. A parking space for the car and bicycles was another plus. Hosts are very kind and caring. We felt very comfortable and would book again anytime.

The apartment was in a very secure complex with private underground parking which was great and easily accessible. The apartment was modern and very tastefully furnished. It was very spacious and comfortable with the kitchen having everything you needed to prepare meals. The bed in the main room was extremely comfortable with plenty of cupboard space for hanging/storing clothes. The bath tub was a great size if you like to relax after a long day of exploring. A washing machine and drying rack was also available for use in the unit. A nice outdoor patio to enjoy meals or afternoon drink. The apartment and equipment were all spotlessly clean and new. Towels & linen provided were also nice and fresh. Its was a great apartment to explore the region, tram stop 2 minute walk, train station 5 minute walk, then directly into Lyon. Suzanne was an outstanding host, very communicative and friendly. We highly recomment this apartment. So peaceful at night as well - bonus.

We loved our stay at Clément’s! The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were a few quirks about it, but they were communicated well and we enjoyed our time. The apartment is not as close to Vieux Lyon as we would have liked, but it is much more private and peaceful than a place near the city center would have been and the metro was nearby and very easy and efficient to use. We’d highly recommend staying at Clément’s!

Catherine's apartment is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Lyon. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the evenings and relaxing. The reserved garage parking space was essential for us. We never used our rental car during the stay. The location is convenient to public transportation.

We had a great time at this apartment, the residence is very quiet, we had no difficulty parking nearby and the neighborhood is very nice. The tram is close by. This apartment has a lot of benefits. We would definitely recommend it.

The attic apartment is very tastefully furnished with loving details. It is also easily accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage. The roof terrace extends over the entire length of the apartment and is very cozy with many plants and artificial grass as well as a dining area and a small seating area. A large awning may provide shade. All technical devices worked perfectly. The underground parking space cost €30 extra, which is cheap compared to the fees on the street. However, the access to the garage is very narrow. The location of the apartment is quiet. There is a Lidl supermarket around the corner. Nearby is a local neighborhood center with restaurants, bakeries and cafes. To the Lyon center you can take the tram or metro, which are within ~10 minutes walking distance. Thierry is very friendly and helpful. There are many rules that, if not followed, may incur additional costs - so read and follow them carefully!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Great accommodation, very clean, spacious and ideal for a stay with family or a group. Peaceful neighborhood and located right next to the Rhône :) Marie is very nice and was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive earlier than expected. Thank you!
