We stayed at this property little over 2 weeks , the house was "cozy" and it had everything you could ever want in a house. But what made the stay a success is Eric..he always checked on us made sure we are not missing anything, he always asked if we needed anything or if he can help us in anyway...the house if a rare catch and Eric made it too good to miss out.

Rose's house was conveniently located to the events our family had planned and a short drive to the DTW. The smart lock entry made arrival simple and hassle free. Her home was immaculate with plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. There is a nice deck at the back of the house facing a wooded area that is great to sit and drink coffee or read a book. The flowers on the deck and around the house were beautiful. Communication was good before, during, and after our stay. I would definitely recommend Rose's house if you are in the area. Nina

Was a great spot for my son’s basketball team to stay while we had a nearby tournament. Good use of space and lots of beds. Fun game room for the boys. A pizza spot for takeout a block away. Quick access to Michigan Ave. Ate at Ford’s Garage nearby.

I stayed at Analise's Dearborn house with a larger group and all of us were comfortable and well accommodated. The space is cozy, clean and has a spacious layout. The house is also a three-minute walk to a well-stocked grocery store with all the essentials. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful. Our group very much appreciated the clear instructions and helpful provisions such as dishwasher and laundry detergent. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This place was incredibly adorable, decorated perfectly and also in an incredible neighborhood. This is a place I will bookmark for all my future stays in Detroit. Also, who doesn’t love a coach house? It has all the flavor of historic Detroit, but is also located really close to great coffee, shops, restaurants, and other things to do. We will be back soon..

Kathy's home is absolutely lovely. The furnishings were beautiful and the home was well-equipped for our stay. The yard has so many pretty flowers and was serene. Lovely place in Detroit. Nearby by many good restaurants and not too far from downtown. The private parking lot was a big bonus for us and the building itself felt really safe knowing how Detroit can be. The apartment looked as in pictures and had any basic needed necessities. The host is good at responding to any questions or giving recommendations. Would definitely come back or recommend it to friends.

I had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, especially for international travelers like myself. My flight arrived early and departed late, and the host generously allowed me to store my luggage, which gave me extra time to explore the city without any stress. The place itself is spotless—very clean and well-maintained. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

Always a great place to stay. But the checkin process is annoying as hell and intrusive. I already verified my identity Airbnb. Making me go through the whole ID process again is absurd and frustrating.

Highly recommend Paige’s home, beautiful classic apartment with an amazing view of downtown Detroit. It was my first time in the city and this location was perfect, easy to get to downtown and midtown by walking or quick ride share. Tons of cool art in the home, comfortable amenities, would definitely stay here again!

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Staying at this condo was great. Everything was spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime. Whether it was enjoying a cozy breakfast in the kitchen, lounging in the comfortable living room with great conversation, or stepping out to explore the local area, every moment felt effortless and enjoyable. Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!

I loved staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The market across the street is amazing!!! I felt like I could've lived here forever and been happy. Entry and exit process were both very easy. The host was accommodating and the laundry facilities in the basement were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
