Michael’s place in South Lyon is a gem. He has everything you need, he keeps it well maintained and clean. He had all the basics in the kitchen alongside a washer and dryer in the basement. It is connected to well water, something that I had never experienced before, but I grew used to it. I was there with 3 kiddos under 4 and he brought over some balls for them to play with, gave them a ride on a tractor and even showed them some baby bunnies. It was a stress free experience and the area was very quiet and safe. Thank you again Mr. Mike.

We were in town for a Jack White concert and the property is fairly close to the Masonic Temple and was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and the unit was clean and cozy.

The room is very clean and neat. The landlord is very friendly while I communicated with her. The environment around the house is safe. It is a good choice for people who want to stay a night around Detroit.

Very clean one slight issue with parking and was dealt with immediately

Alejandro’s place is great. It was very close to downtown, a quick Uber ride. Very clean and organized. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of kitchen items to use. It’s a walkable area but most places are around a mile away if you’re walking. I’d definitely stay again.

Elena was able to accommodate us after another Host canceled last minute. Elena was clear on her instructions on checking out of the place. Beautiful decor and we felt at home. Comfortable beds, towels and it was so convenient for the washer in dryer available as well.

A great location in a revitalizing neighborhood in midtown. Coffee and food options within a couple of blocks, on a street with a bike lane for easy riding to downtown and other hotspots.

She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. This will always be my first go to. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay at this beautiful home.

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

Frances was a great host. She kept the place spotless for us and had no problem with our late check in. She was quick to respond and very friendly. Would stay there again if I was back in the area.

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. From the moment I booked to after I checked out Joesph was phenomenal. I felt at home and anything I needed he was available. From the snakes to the home feel, I enjoyed my stay. You won’t go wrong renting from this host.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

Clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable! Perfect for our long weekend in the area and we would absolutely stay again!
