Ruime gezellige benedenwoning op korte afstand van winkels, strand en duinen. De woning heeft een woon/eetkamer met een open nieuwe keuken met alle voorzieningen. Twee slaapkamers voor elk twee personen, met de mogelijkheid van een extra bed. Een badkamer en twee toiletten, en alles is gelijkvloers. Er is een kleine ommuurde tuin waar je lekker buiten kunt zitten en eventueel de aanwezige BBQ gebruiken. Viervoeters zijn van harte welkom. Steden als Alkmaar en Amsterdam zijn dichtbij

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Woning van 100 jaar oud ligt onder de molen en is knus en gezellig. Vijf minuten lopen en je bent in het centrum van Alkmaar. Huur een bootje en bekijk Alkmaar vanuit het water. In de straat achter het huisje is een mooie, grote speeltuin het “OKB”. De bus stopt voor de deur. Betaald parkeren in het gebied en tegenover het huis. Gratis parkeren op loopafstand. Centrum: 5 min lopen Strand: 30 min met de fiets/15 min met auto Twee fietsen voor gebruik bij het huisje.

Gezellige gezinswoning (4 slaapkamers) voor 8 personen in Alkmaar. Een warm familiehuis waar wij zelf wonen als het niet verhuurd is. Voorzien van luxe keuken met koffieautomaat, zonnige tuin (ZW) met BBQ. Gratis parkeren, station op 5 min lopen. Het mooie Alkmaar op 20 min lopen, met de auto is strand 15 en bos op 10 min. Amsterdam bereikbaar in 40 min met de trein. Niet geschikt voor feesten.

The house is totally renovated. The garden is on the waterfront and the view is amazing! It's located on the best spot in Town. Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
