Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, class 4-person cottage on a beautiful lane, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing dune, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a fully self-contained house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Achter the house is a private garden with terrace. On the first floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. quiet location summer home close to the bulb fields beach and dunes, 10 min by bike and you are on the beach of Egmond a Zee , also you are near the city of Alkmaar and artist village mountains, many cycling and hiking possibilities , the cottage is behind our house and is in the middle of a quiet residential area. A cozy holiday home perfectly located near the beach (200m), the dunes (25m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300m). The house can accommodate up to 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. From the sunny terrace you enter the living room through a spacious hall. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxury kitchen. From the hall you also enter the room on the first floor with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and closet.

This modern furnished holiday home is located in Opperdoes near the IJsselmeer lake. There is free Wi-Fi and parking at the house. Sheets and towels are included. The centre of Medemblik is only 2 kilometers away. Amsterdam and Callantsoog (North Sea beach) are a 40 minutes drive. Also Texel is nice to visit. The house is rated with energy performance A certificate.
