Bit of a mix up with the poor cleaner who had car troubles, but Leroy sorted that out immediately and was really helpful and responsive! The van is a fab size and in a great location, but quite a sturdy walk to the back and back. No trouble for us though, as we are big walkers! A really quiet site with easy access and parking. Everything we needed facilities wise was in the van and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks so much Leeroy! 🌟

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Waterside Cottage. Lovely cottage with a perfect location. We had a wonderful week. We were travelling with a 18 month old and was so happy to see the house had stair gates, cot, high chair and a changing mat! Rarely do properties have all the equipment. My children loved being opposite the waterfowl centre and checked on the baby ducklings every day. Thanks Alex for being so responsive and checking in on us.

What a perfect place and stay! Could not fault a thing. The decor was lovely and quirky, the place was super clean and we had everything we needed. Location was also perfect for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Gemma was such a lovely host. Easy to communicate with, the space was bright, beautiful and there was everything we needed. Quick walk into town or the beach. Would totally recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Thank you Megan for such a lovely time spent in your cottage. Littletouch with the congratulations card was really lovely. Beautiful, traditional yet updated cottage with plenty of walking routes, quaint little spaces to explore, enjoy and relax. Shrimp cottage was a stunning little place for me and my partner to share and enjoy our first days of married life. the area is home from home to me and a firm chosen location to spend time relaxing whilst enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Shrimp cottage was welcoming, comfortable and a beautiful little place for a quiet period away from the norm. If you're up for walking there's some great paths and routes to take but be mindful if you're not ok with the stairs, beautifully maintained but definitely some awkward stairs where traditional characters sit. Not ideal for those who can't do well with more than a stair or two but perfect for us! We will be keeping this in mind for our next adventures on this part of the coastline.

I loved my stay here! The location is fantastic, and the little garden in back was heavenly. I loved sitting outside at sunset and drinking coffee out there in the morning. Host was extremely gracious and had great recommendations (River Exe Cafe is a true gem). The house is extremely cozy. I wish I stayed here longer!

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Wonderful place to stay, we throughly enjoyed our week away. The apartment is very spacious, has great views and everything you need. There is a bus stop right outside, which we found handy and the train station is only a 20 min walk into town. We didn’t have the best weather to make use of the patio furniture as much as we’d have liked, but the time we did spend outside was enjoyable and peaceful. Dawn and Richard were great hosts, and the personal touches were a lovely thought. We would definitely stay again.

....you can totally chill at suki's place...just watch the world go by, tides come in & go out...also nice beer at hand if you do need to walk 50yds..

Myself, my husband and our little boy stayed last week and what can we say. We were blown away! Kate and Kieron are amazing! The apartment was beautiful, so well kept, clean and tidy. There was an information pack when we arrived with bits to do, housekeeping bits, even takeaway places! There was a welcome basket for us with fresh fruit, crisps, cookies and a lovely card. Kate had even went above and beyond and left a card, beer and chocolate for my husband for his birthday! The communication throughout the trip was amazing, we felt so welcome. We felt very safe staying there which was a big one for us having a little boy. Kate had made sure that she had put a basket of toys in the apartment for our little boy too. We could not have asked for a better host. The directions of how to get there and how to check in were brilliant! If you are looking for somewhere in Torquay I would highly recommend here, don’t go anywhere else!! We will definitely be back!!

My husband, 10-year-old daughter and myself have just returned from a truly amazing week, the property is beautiful, with facilities that far exceeded expectations. We had such a relaxing time; the beds are super comfy; led in bed looking out to sea with a coffee in the morning was a true highlight. The gardens are beautifully kept and being gated and private we had no worries with our daughter playing out. The walk down to Watcombe Beach, albeit steep on the way back up but 100% worth it; we took our paddleboard down and went swimming on a number of occasions, the water is very calm, on 2 occasions we were in the water and within 20ft off us were 2 seals! The hot tub was perfect, lovely fluffy robes provided to keep off the chill. We used the BBQ each evening and ate out on the patio. Susan is an incredible host, nothing is too much trouble, very informative and exceedingly helpful, she really did enhance our stay and made us feel as if we were staying in a home from home.

The garden flat is a very pleasent place to stay. Everything in the kitchen works well, the bathroom is lovely and the bed very comfortable. The outside space is a great space to sit and watch what's happening in the estuary. Claire is a good host, friendly and amenable. The village of Shaldon is easy to walk to, with a couple of nice pubs , and friendly people. All in all, a very nice place to spend some time.

A lovely clean place with shops nearby. Mike was a great host, very friendly and happy to offer advice about local places. He even offered to come and get me from town so I didn’t have to rely on public transport. I will potentially need to come back to Exeter soon and will definitely look to see if this place is available

Had an amazing stay here, the property is lovely and in a perfect location The waterbed was a shock but actually pretty comfy and slept really well. Had an internet issue which Ali resolved even though she was in Spain, great host and would definitely recommend this property

The flat was light, spacious and clean and everything you would need was there. A delicious cream tea was waiting for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. The accommodation was literally a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and a short walk to the town centre and train station. When we went out on the first day we had problems getting back in as the front door was sticking, but the problem was quickly rectified and all was well afterwards.

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

Stunning apartment set in beautiful grounds with easy parking directly outside the door. Every room is beautifully furnished and the kitchen superb. We enjoyed spending time in the kitchen/diner and the garden room so much we didn't actually use the living room on our stay! The walk into Torquay would be very strenuous, (especially the uphill return!) so would advise driving instead. Communication with Josh was excellent.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

The flat was in a perfect location for marina, beach and the strand with local bars, cafes and local places to eat. The kitchen super equipped with everything. Super comfy bed lovely towels and plenty of them. Could not have been more pleased when we arrived. Would definitely book again without hesitation if we returned to exmouth. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We had a lovely stay. Would definitely come again, for us the space was the perfect size. We felt very accommodated for our little one with a good high chair, cot and change mat provided. It was clean, the location was the centre of everything and plenty of car parks around to use not too far away. We had slight issue with the hot water, but this was fixed remotely and promptly when we messaged which is all we can ask for. Having a lift was a big pro also for us with a little one and pram. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Carole is such a lovely and helpful host and her place is perfect. We're currently working in Exmouth on business and couldnt ask for more - we booked for another week! Thanks so much again for hosting us :)
