Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

A mile and a half along the seawall, Dawlish Warren has golden sands, nature reserve, and family amusements. Welcome to our beautiful botanical, quirky & unique Studio, which is an emulation of Teignmouth itself. The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

The lighthouse is a newly renovated, light filled flat within a Georgian property, right in the heart of Teignmouth. It is fully self-contained with a brand new shower room, a living/bedroom with a daybed that pulls out into a king size bed and a brand-new kitchen that has Beautiful views up the river Teign and to Dartmoor beyond. We have put a breakfast bar with seating for two in front of this window as it is the perfect spot for gazing out of with a coffee or a glass of wine in your hand.

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

We had a very comfortable stay in Pete and Sue’s Annex. The accommodation was spotless, light and spacious . The bed was extremely comfortable, with quality linen and soft fluffy towels and we had a very good sleep. Sue was very friendly on our arrival and we were very lucky to receive scones, jam and clotted cream for afternoon tea upon arrival which we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, in the sun, soaking in the view. We would definitely stay again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Waterside Cottage. Lovely cottage with a perfect location. We had a wonderful week. We were travelling with a 18 month old and was so happy to see the house had stair gates, cot, high chair and a changing mat! Rarely do properties have all the equipment. My children loved being opposite the waterfowl centre and checked on the baby ducklings every day. Thanks Alex for being so responsive and checking in on us.

We stayed in Peter's flat during a house relocation which was delayed due to on-going building work. The flat is very well equipped and ideal for our needs. It's also close to the sea front in Teignmouth so walkable to many pubs/cafes etc around Back Beach. Peter was very flexible when our dates changed.

Quiet and peaceful location, ideal for a walk into town. Beautiful views across the harbour to Sheldon. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The hill was mitigated by the fact that the number 11 bus stops near the property on your return. Would definitely stay there again
