Vacation rentals with a patio in Dawlish

We had a wonderful time at Little Trevio. The apartment itself is very clean and bright, stylishly decorated and perfect for two people. The parking space is right outside the apartment. The outside spaces - made up of two terraces with spectacular views of the quay - were fantastic (we did not get to use the sun loungers or the barbecue because it was a bit wet during our visit). The location is close to the centre of town, on a hill overlooking Brixham Quay. Emily is a great host - instructions and communications were excellent. We got a complimentary cream tea on arrival! We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to reserve again next time we are in the area.

A wonderful stay at Paulines beautiful apartment! Everything you could possibly need had been thought of and provided in such a tastefully decorated way. The flapjacks on arrival were supurb! The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

We loved staying at Louise’s place. It was the perfect base for my husband’s sailing event and a short walk down to the harbour where there were lots of shops/cafes/restaurants. The apartment was extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious - certainly enough space for x4 adults and a couple of little ones. Louise was kind enough to leave a travel cot and highchair for our youngest. The parking was very handy too. We had a fantastic time in Torquay and will certainly be back.

A lovely one bedroom flat with a bright spacious living/kitchen area. Lovely big window to see the great view, with outdoor seating at the front on the balcony and at the back. Decorated to a high standard and well kitted out. It is very central and very convenient for the harbour and the shops. There are lots of great fish restaurants and coastal walks and places to visit. We could have stayed longer! Brixham is built on hills and the property is reached down a flight of stairs, so we followed a previous reviewers tip and packed light - one cabin bag and one backpack each. You hear the seagulls and church bells in the front room which I loved, but the bedroom at the back is very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay at Britannia 19, Annie was very communicative, check in was easy, and the flat had everything we needed, a stones throw from the heart of Dartmouth, with easy access to the ferries and south coast pathways that are quintessentially South Hams. The narrow street location is a little challenging, so you need to be organised in terms of decanting your luggage, groceries etc from car to flat, as you basically have to block the road for a few minutes, again part of the charm of Dartmouth, but the car pass for the local car park is very useful, and we had no trouble finding a space there, and once we had found the shortcut alleyway, it was literally a couple of minutes walk from the flat. Would certainly recommend this flat and this location.

We had the nicest time here. A two night stopover in Exeter before a family gathering elsewhere. It truly is a little oasis, and you would never know you were in a big city. So close to the railway too, about a ten minute walk. The apartment is so pretty and so beautifully done, it may be small but you just don't feel hemmed in. The lovely little patio area helps too. We came with coffee, milk and porridge but everything was there for us, even spare toiletries. Thank you for having us, and we hope to be back. Loved having Alexa too !

Just got back from a lovely few days break in this beautiful cottage. James is a very welcoming and friendly host and along with the information book in the cottage we had everything we needed to know. The cottage was just perfect and the outside and surrounding garden is like a scene from a fairytale. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation , then this is definitely the place. Inside the cottage , there are lots of beautiful original features alongside more modern amenities. Everything that you could possibly need to make your stay more comfortable has been carefully thought about by the hosts. It’s in a great location to get to places like Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham. All in all a fabulous place to stay for some much needed R&R.

Great place. Spacious living area with everything we needed. Cafes and bakeries within 2 min walk + amazing playground. Would def stay again.

We had a wonderful day in this beautiful cottage. We felt right at home as Holly had communicated everything to us beforehand. She was on hand throughout our stay and so accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful few days at Mel's amazing place in Topsham - we didn't want to leave! The cottage is perfect - it has everything you could possibly need and it's just a stone's throw from the beautiful quayside and fabulous shops and restaurants of Topsham. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the local area and got the bus to Exeter (so easy) - eating out locally was a real joy, so many places to choose from. Mel's home is cosy and beautifully decorated. If you're thinking about a trip to this area book it now! We will be back.

What a fantastic discovery! We had to book last minute because our original accommodation fell through on the morning of our departure. After searching on Airbnb, we found this property, and we couldn't believe our luck! The hosts were so quick to respond to our request to book and incredibly accommodating, letting us check in early at no extra cost and even offering to pick us up from the station. The house is stunning—tastefully decorated, fresh, and impeccably clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the place was spotless, and the quality of the furnishings and accessories was top-notch. We had such a wonderful time at this lovely Airbnb. The property was cosy, clean, and beautifully presented—perfect for a relaxing countryside escape. It’s tucked away in a quiet village setting, but still close to Exeter and the stunning South Devon coastline. The hosts were warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the peaceful mornings, local walks, and the village charm Kenton has to offer.

The garden was AMAZING. We trekked the back yard to the sea which was amazing for us but will not be for everyone, as it is a tricky walk through...but lovely. Like and endless fairy garden/forest. The local town was nice. lots of room in the home which would be great for larger parties as well. Everything was clean, beds/bedding were comfortable, had everything we needed, and we enjoyed ourselves. My favorite was the deck and the main floor bedroom window seat!!!!! With those side windows open, that window seat with a good cup of coffee or that deck with the same....priceless!!! But that garden....endless and beautiful.

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)

Pippa’s place is absolutely wonderful. Spotlessly clean with every conceivable amenity. They have thought of everything. Loads of lovely little touches and it is way better than in the photos and description. Enormous comfy bed, plush towels, really great living space. It is so well appointed with quality items and beautiful decor. The hosts kindly left us some welcoming provisions like bread, milk and biscuits which was really lovely. It is the perfect location too. Easy walking distance to the village or Teignmouth, in a beautiful peaceful spot. There are wonderful views from the lounge and garden area which has seating in the sunshine. The private parking space is great too as many places in the village do not have this. The hosts provided many recommendations of places to eat etc and were always available for anything we needed. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you so much for such a fabulous stay in The Annex. We loved it.

This was our first ever Airbnb and what an amazing experience. The property is stunning, perched on the cliff over looking Torbay. The view was just breathtaking. The apartment was just like the photos, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We would certainly book again with Donna.

Great little place near central Exeter. Easy to walk to anywhere you’d want to go and the space was very clean.

We had a perfect short stay here! Helen's communications were especially friendly and helpful. The accommodation was just right for a family of four, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the many thoughtful touches throughout (such as a welcome note, lavender bags on pillows, provision of milk enough for us all for our breakfasts, toys for the children including a hilarious interactive duck, lounge blankets, bathroom flannels, table napkins etc.). The apartment has everything you might need including umbrellas, and much more. Parking is indeed easy and very closeby. The beach and Seafield Gardens with a good playground) are a short walk away. There is so much to do in the area. We enjoyed the nearby Donkey Sanctuary and Lyme Regis, and are keen to return to explore more sometime.
