Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Davis

Very responsive and attentive hosts. Made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed over Christmas and were able to host our kids and grandbabies. Sacramento is a fun city with lots to do. This home was perfectly located, less than 10 minutes from downtown.

Definitely recommend staying here. Will hopefully come back here soon. Me and my wife loved the place from top to bottom. Felt like a dream staying here. I would stay here again definitely. Host was very responsive and the place felt like a dream i did not want to wake up from. 5 star all the way!

Perfect! This is a beautiful home! Taryn was very responsive and made our stay extra special! Such a romantic vibe. The decor and design is well thought out and makes this place very unique. The home was easy to find, easy to check into, pristine, and well accommodated. Mesha and Chris were very communicative, provided clear instructions, and were friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommended place to stay.

Great home to stay in the Citrus Heights area. We had a little trouble getting in but they were very responsive and helpful! Rooms stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house and there were no dish towels but other than that, the stay was great!

Such a fantastic stay! If you have kids definitely they will have lots of fun! Location was great as well and pretty walkable to coffee and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in this home over 5 days while visiting family in the area. Great location with easy access to shopping. The neighborhood is great for walking that includes a park a couple blocks away. We will likely try to stay at this home again in the future.

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

We enjoyed our Father’s Day getaway filled with lots of family giggles, swimming, sun, and the best company. The home was relaxing and exclusive. We felt like we were in the Italian countryside paired with local Napa valley wine (who could ask for more?!) located near the heart of Napa and the best restaurants/grocery. We would love to come back soon!

With no hotel options near here, this was a perfect alternative. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to a few local spots and full access to Lifetime Fitness. We will return for sure.

Convenient location. Beautiful landscaping and peaceful outdoor space. Large, open indoor space. Host was kind and willing to accommodate for future needs.

All in All thr place was amazing we lived except for 1 thing that me and my family agreed was she needs to provide more tvs in the home it's bad when u have children and elderly and they like to watch tv well anyone who likes tv it was hard to share and 1 thing that stood out is when we needed to contacted her she was right on point with getting back to us that i give a 10/10 but i diffidently will rent from her again in the near future n recommend her home to anyone

Steve is a great host, he lives onsite and was very accommodating. He responded immediately the couple times we needed something. It’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his home and wants to share it with others. Would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a home with a view, plenty of space, and a beautiful pool. Highly recommend.

The place was very nice and big. Mariah was very helpful. Nice quiet getaway with my family. Everyone had a great time in the pool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city. Also this place is right across from the Sacramento River which would be a great place to go fishing.

He made sure every detail was covered, which made our stay completely stress-free. The highlight of the property? The amazing pool—it was pristine, relaxing, and allowed for a lot of flexibility in how we spent our time. Whether it was an early morning dip or a late-night swim, the atmosphere was always peaceful and enjoyable. Jason went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome. We had a fantastic vacation at Manny's cabin! Our family of 4 adults and 2 dogs were looking for a quiet countryside escape and his property was absolutely perfect. There was ample room for all of us. The cabin has a cozy rustic feel with many modern amenities including great AC and very comfortable beds! We prepared home cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen and BBQ out back. The hot tub was woderful for relaxing under the stars. We got to gaze out at the pastures and watch deer, goats, turkeys, ducks and other natural wildlife. There was little cell service but we were able to connect to the WIFI no problem. Manny was an excellent host. He was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. On the last day of our stay there was an accidental fire that started on a neighboring property. Manny and his wife came immediately and made sure we were taken care of. All and all, it was an unforgetalbe family reunion and we would love to stay there again.

Charming cabin located at the end of a row of other accommodations with a lovely creek and view of nature. Nice patio with seating and BBQ to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay.

First time staying here and would definitely stay again. Very peaceful and private area. Great amenities and house was spotless. Views were great and really enjoyed the hot tub. Be careful on the drive up as the road is rough gravel terrain and a very bumpy drive- take it slow and you will be ok. Thanks again for a great stay!
