This cozy cottage was perfect in a pinch. Our house was getting renovated and this place was perfect for a short stay. Clean, clutter free and so close to our son’s school. Host was very responsive and kind.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Davidson. This location was very convenient and had a beautiful, fenced-in backyard for our little doggie. There’s also a sidewalk along the road that allowed for great walks to a local coffee shop or around the neighborhood. My mom left a personal belonging behind and Shirley was kind enough to let us know and send it back in a timely manner (be prepared there is an additional charge). This house worked out great for our needs!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.
