Jarred was such a great host! His place was beautiful, there are tons to do in the neighborhood within walking distance at all hours, and I felt right at home. 10/10 experience! I highly recommend Jarred as a host and would definitely stay here again!!

This is such a perfect location in the heart of Plaza Midwood neighborhood in Charlotte! I stayed for over a month and had everything I needed to feel right at home.

This place is wonderful. Centrally located with lots to walk to. Inside, the space was cozy and clean and the WiFi strong. Audrey was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlotte and in this apartment. 10/10!

The location was great and we were able to walk to the grocery store and some restaurants which we loved. The garage parking was also great.

Thanks to Lance for hosting us! Lots of space- this second floor walk up has a nice sized kitchen, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, a little balcony area, a laundry room, a dining table, and a living room- which was perfect for us! We definitely felt like we had enough room. We appreciated being able to walk to Bank of America stadium (although if you have mobility issues, just know it's about 10-15 minute walk there, mostly uphill). There's dining that's in walking distance, and the area has a lot of trees, which made it feel peaceful. I really appreciated all the ceiling fans- most airbnbs and hotels don't have them, especially in bedrooms, so that was nice! If you have mobility issues, just know there is a step down into living room and step up into one of the bedrooms. Appreciated getting a late checkout. Overall, we're fans and certainly would stay again!

Very private, safe, and quiet. Could barely hear a thunderstorm which was great as our dog is scared. Rachel's communication is on point. She was very responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Zen Den! The space was cute, quiet, and cozy—absolutely perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Charlotte. It’s in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood and close to some of the city’s best restaurants, breweries, museums, and greenways. Everything was thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. We highly recommend staying at the Zen Den and would absolutely book again!

Wonderful quiet condo in Davidson. Walkable to many great shops and restaurants as well as Davidson College. There is a great coffee shop just outside the condo complex which was a bonus for us. We liked the fact that Katherine lives there; that aspect made it feel homey. Extremely clean space and communication was excellent. We would definitely come back again.

The villa is so comfortable and nicely decorated. Beautiful location. We love sitting on the patio. Katie is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this villa. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay there again.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

We absolutely loved this condo! Very homey & comfortable. One room also had a twin bed in addition to the queen bed. The patio overlooked the pool and marina/harbor and a restaurant, which was less than a 5 minute walk. It was a beautiful area to walk the dog. Yes, you can see & hear I-77 from the patio & pool but could not hear it from inside the condo. Downtown Davidson & Harris Teeter (grocery store) was less than 5 minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again! Such a beautiful area!

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

We enjoyed our meals on the patio overlooking the lake. So peaceful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The linens were beautifully folded and displayed. This was exactly what we needed for our short get away!
