Vacation rentals with a patio in Davenport

This is an peaceful, thoughtfully designed, private, quiet top floor condo unit. The grounds of the property are stunning, adding to the relaxing feel. High-end appliances, tasteful lighting and decor, a soaking tub in the bedroom, and high ceilings create an airy, open space with gorgeous views of the water fountain, golf course, and colorful mansions in the distance. Filtered water from the fridge is ideal for guests who dislike the taste of Florida water. It was a pleasure to meander through the resort’s million dollar houses. The apartment feels like a luxury hotel suite, but has some hotel-like drawbacks. No laundry in-unit, no closet space just an Amazon basics portable rack in the open. There is also no patio furniture as pictured but balconies are rather narrow and best for standing anyways. There's room for improvement but overall a good stay at a discounted rate.

Last minute reservation was handled quickly and very much appreciated. Condo was very clean and cute. Wish we were there more for a vacation rather than running from a hurricane. Only negative is we could have used more bath towels.

Loved staying here! Avoided all Orlando Traffic coming in. This is a good spot. 20 minutes away from Disney parks. Great restaurants, and local areas to hang out! The host was amazing in the space was spotless, just as described

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

The house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained & very modern. It was perfect for our families. The neighbourhood was stunning, the grounds & all are very well maintained . We had a few minor issues with the pool but it was quickly resolved. Marcy was very prompt responding to my messages & very attentive addressing the issue. Totally recommend this house, we’d definitely stay there again.

This place was just what my family and I were looking for. Place was in a nice neighborhood and very clean. Julie was very accommodating for all of our needs. Everything that you are looking to do in Orlando is within 20 mins. We very happy we decided to go with this spot, it was perfect for us. Would defiantly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Carlos and Ana ’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was quick and friendly throughout. The location was perfect—peaceful but still close to everything. We had a great 5 night stay at Leo’s. The place was very spacious for a group of 12 and the kids really enjoyed the themed rooms and gaming room. Check in and check out was seamless with no issues and throughout our stay Leo was very responsive. We will definitely keep Leo’s place in mind the next time we visit again and will recommend to our family and friends. Thanks Leo for your hospitality!

The house was incredible! Extremely family friendly for all ages. Demetri was very responsive and any issues were fixed immediately. We would absolutely stay here again. Location was great for only a couple of days at Disney. The pool was used daily by everyone!

Our stay at Victor’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was also incredibly child-friendly and felt very safe for our little ones, which gave us so much peace of mind. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was ideal—just a short drive (about 30 minutes) to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Legoland, and other major attractions. Plus, there were plenty of stores nearby (Publix, Target), which made things even easier. We spent a lot of time in the pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and such a great way to relax after long days out exploring. The kids especially loved it! Victor was a fantastic host—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly puts a lot of care into the space. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We’ve just returned from two weeks at Susan’s beautiful home in Davenport, and wish we’d stayed for three. The house is gorgeous, the photos really don’t do it justice, and for our family of 7 adults it was a perfect space. There is so much room on both floors and every amenity was provided. From enquiring about booking to checking out, with various queries from our sports fans whilst there, Susan couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to respond. We didn’t make use of the community facilities where the house is situated, but the pool, games room and lake all gave us ample opportunity to relax and spot wildlife - being able to watch a family of cranes every morning whilst eating breakfast was just one of the highlights! This was the perfect base for our park hopping and general Florida exploring, as well as local shopping & eating out, and we would absolutely book to stay here again if we return to Florida.

Just left after 3 weeks in this property and the place was amazing. We'll definitely be back! We come to Orlando area once or twice per year staying different places and this house was perfect for us, 3 adults and 4 kids. The house is super clean and tidy, its a newer build property so super modern. The outside area is perfect for families with the pool guard around the pool for safety and the kids play area as well as the artificial grass being perfect for them to run around. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with, checking that everything was okay during our 3 week stay, recommending food and activities before and during our stay. The area is perfect for getting to the parks, we done disney this time and were never more than 20 mins getting there, all food places less than 10-15 mins away. Very close to the Posner Park shops too and can get deliveries very easily from stores. Won't get better value for money anywhere else!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The property was large, clean, and located in a safe, gated neighborhood. It was perfect for our big family, with plenty of space and comfortable beds for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the washer and dryer were so convenient. Each room had its own TV, which was a great touch, and the balcony offered stunning views of the nearby water park. My kids enjoyed the waterpark. The bathrooms were luxurious, featuring glass showers and a large tub, adding to the overall comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay, making everything so easy and stress-free. The home’s proximity to stores and other amenities made it even more convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, well-maintained, and family friendly home! We had a fantastic two-night stay! The condo was just what we needed for our family of four—clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The kids loved the pool, and the neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly. It was in a great location, close to parks and anything else we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything from check-in to check-out was super simple and convenient. We’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

El alojamiento es tal cual lo descripto y aún mejor. Con facilidad acceso a la autovia directa a universal y Disney. Las instrucciones para ingresar fueron también muy claras haciendo sencillo el proceso de check in. Estaba reluciente cuando ingresamos y contaba con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y sentirse como en casa. Es amplio e ideal para 5 personas Ellis fue muy responsiva a nuestras preguntas y siempre contestó de inmediato. Sin dudas lo volveríamos a elegir para regresar! Gracias!!

Excellent place to stay. Easy to get to Disney, awesome water parks, near plenty of food options. The host was kind and quick to respond! We would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit der Unterkunft als auch mit der Kommunikation mit Ryan. Es war perfekt und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts DisneyWorld besucht und die kostenlosen Shuttles genutzt. Zu den Shuttles kann man sagen, dass der zweite Shuttle, der morgens kommt, immer 20-30 Minuten Verspätung hatte, was vermutlich daran liegt, dass eine andere Route gefahren wird. Der Shuttle ganz früh morgens und alle Shuttles am Abend zurück zur Unterkunft waren immer pünktlich. Also sollte zur angegebenen Zeit einmal kein Shuttle kommen, einfach etwas Geduld mitbringen, das spart einem dann das Geld für einen Uber/Lift! Wir fanden es großartig, diesen Service nutzen zu können. Auch tolle Supermärkte liegen unmittelbar in der Nähe, die schnell mit einem Auto zu erreichen sind. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder :)
