Vacation rentals with a patio in Davenport

I would definitely stay again while visiting Orlando. Close enough to attractions and far enough to maintain peace. Neighborhood was very beautiful. Pool and gym were both beautiful with sufficient equipment. Apartment was nice and clean as pictured. Thanks Ari!!!

Andrea was a great host with a beautiful apartment that was exactly as advertised. Close to all the parks with good restaurants nearby and the amenities right outside the building.

great stay loved all the amenities

This Airbnb was perfect for myself, my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment each with a private bathroom. Kitchen was clean and roomy. Location was close to the parks and any store or restaurant you could need. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negative I have is that the showerhead in the master bathroom is clogged with calcium deposits. Having said that, I would have no reserves about staying here again.

It was great i enjoyed my stay. The airbnb was really big honestly than what i expected and thats good. The rooms were big everything was clean and I definitely would book again in the future.

This was a wonderful place to stay at, we have two small kids and it was easy to walk to the pool and they loved it a lot !!! Very nice area and gated also was very quiet as well !!

Our stay as a family of 4 was lovely. It was exactly like the photos provided. The outside tv was a big bonus. The kids enjoyed all the gaming consoles. Any time we had a question, the team was extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend this home. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was very clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. Clean linens, and plenty of towels. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is easy to find, the neighbor is quiet, and it's close to shopping and grocery stores. The kitchen is set up with everything you would need to cook meals. The pool is well maintained and the kids loved using it. Orvie is very responsive and was proactive with sending instructions/information. The house has ample space and did not feel cramped at all with our family of 6 staying. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing time at our very first Airbnb. Our host, Steven was very helpful with any questions I had. When we arrived and went into the home there was so much excitement from our adult children. They were all acting like little kids going from room to room looking at all of the awesome decorated bedrooms. The location was very easy to get to and the resort was a lot of fun. We felt very comfortable with the gated entrance with security. The pool was GREAT!! I took advantage of being in it every chance I got. We definately can say there was nothing that disappointed us with Steven's home. It had everything we needed to use during our stay. The house was incredible! Extremely family friendly for all ages. Demetri was very responsive and any issues were fixed immediately. We would absolutely stay here again. Location was great for only a couple of days at Disney. The pool was used daily by everyone!

Condo is located in a great location and is exactly as described. Comfortable and everything you need at home is available ale. Kenneth was very accommodating and responsive to any messages. Would definitely recommend!!

This was such a nice little get away the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip the view on the balcony was very nice and only a super short walk to the resort I think the lazy river was my favorite part parking was great I parked right in front of our building the resort was easy to find and had no trouble getting in with my QR code 10/10 would recommend

Jensen's place was perfect for our family of four. We stayed here while on vacation to visit Walt Disney World, and the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was wonderful. It was clean and spacious and well stocked. When I couldn't find an ironing board, Jensen had one brought over. The pool that you have access to is amazing. Very spacious with cabanas for shade and a nice hot tub area. The location of Jensen's place is also very convenient, just off of I-4, with very easy access to all of the Disney parks. We would stay here again.

My friends and I stayed for one night but we really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice , clean and quiet apartment. Stephania was quick to respond and communicated easily with us. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation is exactly as described and even better. With easy access to the direct highway to Universal and Disney. The check-in instructions were also very clear, making the check-in process easy. It was sparkling when we entered and had everything you need to cook and feel at home. It is spacious and ideal for 5 people Ellis was very responsive to our questions and always answered immediately. We would definitely choose it again to return! Thank you!!
