Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is five minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king and three twins) and has a large gravel parking lot.

Perfect Airbnb for me and my family to stop on our roadtrip across the country! The things we enjoyed most were: the cleanliness, the laundry, all the bells and whistles in the kitchen, the garage for the car (since it rained) and the peaceful & scenic neighborhood.

Perfect location for us . Great cabin for 3 couples. My hubby and I were in the master bedroom -The king size bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice . Every thing we needed was there . Secluded , but not far from anything . The front porch is so nice and HUGE . I do wish there had been chairs to sit . There is a swing to sit 2 which was nice . One suggestion - the front porch is nice and huge so it’d be nice to have chairs on the porch . It’s such a beautiful place ! We did sit in the back though . :) I’d recommend the cabin to anyone . It’s great

Cindy was a super host she went above and beyond to make our short stay the best possible experience. She gave us an early check in and provided extras to assure we had everything we needed. The location and house were absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend Cindy and her house wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book with her again if we are in the area.

A friend of 40 years from St Louis met me (from Austin) for a fishing & catch-up trip after having not seen each other in 3 years. We had a great time remembering old times, fishing and playing cards for 3 days. The location was ideal - private, a great dock and plenty of water to run around on in our inflatable boat. We only left the property twice for little grocery needs. The place is very clean, stocked and comfortable. I always like a good hot shower and after being caught out on the water in a rain storm that shower was heaven. With all the rain we had, it was nice being able to park under the two car shelter. Due to miscommunication between us - the keys were locked in the house. Rollin & Linda were there within 20 minutes and opened the door for we two old dummies!! THANKS again for that! Having driven for 10 hours that day I was very happy to get back inside for a shower and a nap. So, we had a pleasant stay, garnered some new memories and may be back in a couple years!!

Brittany’s place is the perfect getaway in the mountains! The inside touches and finishes are perfect and the view and surrounding area leave nothing to be desired. The only bad thing is that I didn’t stay longer! Would definitely stay again
