Directly at the house is a swimming facility or at the sandy beaches on the Elbe within walking distance. There is a very good public transport connection to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sun worshipers, there is something for everyone at this location. A boat can also be rented on request.

Auf 30 qm erwarten dich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche sowie ein offener Wohnbereich mit Küche. Der Kamin schafft an kalten Tagen Atmosphäre, die Infrarotheizung sorgt für Komfort. Von der Terrasse und durch die bodenverglasten Fenster blickst du weit über rauhreifbedeckte Felder. Ideal zum Entschleunigen, besonders im Winter.

One bathroom; only ONE fast induction hotplate, simple cooking, fridge, Wi-Fi. Double bed (160 × 200). Additional table + chairs in the garden. Free bikes. Bus on B207 junction Buchholz. Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im grünen Stadtteil Waldstadt in Mölln. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, wenige Minuten vom Schulsee entfernt. Ein EDEKA-Markt und ein Bäcker sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. PS: Als weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt es ein Schlafsofa und Matratzen auf dem ausgebauten Dachboden. Hinweise: Mölln ist eine schöne Kurstadt. Wir übernehmen die Kurtaxe und du kannst mit den Kurkarten Ermäßigungen in Mölln erhalten.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding highways. We rent out our apartment in Lauenburg an der Elbe. Lauenburg is the starting point for relaxing bike rides as well as close to the cities of Lüneburg, Hamburg and Lübeck. The apartment has a separate bedroom with wardrobe. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch for another child. For bicycles, our bicycle shed is available free of charge. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

The bright living room has been designed with natural materials and large windows create a harmonious connection to the surrounding nature, so that you immediately feel at home.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
