Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Rental part in beach villa 30 m at Kalvsjön's eastern side, which gives a beautiful sunset. A nice beach in the summer with a lakeside sauna. Ice fishing or cross-country skiing in the winter. 13 km from central Järvsö, where, for example, Järvzoo and Järvsö mountain bike park/alpine slalom hill are located. The accommodation is a private basement, the host lives on the upper floor. There is kitchenware, a kitchenette and coffee maker as well as a fireplace. Nice house with lake view!

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

There is no running water. We fill up water before check-in and it can be easily picked up at a nearby water source. The toilet is equipped with a new incineration toilet.
