No matter the season, this is the perfect accommodation for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming jetty with rowing boat just below the house. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3. Free electric car charging. The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture & outdoor shower May-Sept.

The cottage is located on a large garden plot, with lovely views of the lake, which you have all to yourself. Without visibility and with the forest next door. 2 km to Granberget ski slope for both downhill and cross-country skiing. Proximity to Lake Siljan and walks in the beautiful village Alvik. An air heat pump is available for both heating and cooling. EV charging station is available. The house is on a level and the nearest neighbor is over the gravel road a bit away. The house is good for the family with children - there are more high chairs and a crib.

Welcome to Ringvägen 11! The residence is located in central Ljusdal, about a 15 minute drive from Järvsö. You will stay close to cross-country skiing tracks, to cycling of various kinds and to alpine skiing . If you are more interested in culture, Ljusdal Municipality offers the municipality of Ljusdal on everything from modern street art to the World Heritage Site Hälsingegårdar and much more. Renovated 13/14 with two smaller ones bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping places (a 180 cm double bed and a 140 cm double bed). Kitchen with fridge/freezer renovated 2014/2015 with coffee maker, stainless steel stove/oven and all queue ks equipment. Large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bathroom renovated 2019. Shower, water toilet, sink and hot water heater. Living room with woodstove, TV, sofa and dining area for six people.
