There was a small misunderstanding regarding the number of guests we had, otherwise everything was great. The place was clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything you need. Outside area was also great. Would stay there again :)

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

We used the place as a base for a motorcycle vacation. Since we were traveling with a trailer, we needed a convenient location and enough space to maneuver. We had both of these in excellent measure at Emanuel's place. In addition, the house was perfect for us. We had enough privacy, the city was not far, shopping and restaurants were more than enough within the vicinity. Besides, Emanuel is a really nice guy. He was always nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable with him.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Neven’s home was wonderful! It was beautifully rustic but with modern amenities and decor. The property itself was stunning and picturesque. Neven was very helpful during check in and check out.

We had a very pleasant stay, we lacked nothing. Very warm welcome by host Victor and provided with a lot of information about what to see and do in the area. Tar is a quiet place that is great as a base for discovering northern Istria.

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. Very good accommodation for families. Huge living room and brand new very well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning has gone out in the last three days for our departure. Rarely so sweaty.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! Katarina is the perfect host! She always responded very quickly and gave us a lot of very good recommendations for the region. My husband and I wanted a quiet and sunny hideaway during the grey and cold German winter and got what we were looking for: a very nice and cosy cottage with a beautiful garden with olive trees and lots of sun including beautiful sunsets in front of the cottage. There was enough firewood to warm up the cottage inside and make it even more cosy. We walked through the surrounding nature with our dog and made little day trips to the ocean and the surrounding cities. The food and wines in and around the nearby village Buje are delicious and we enjoyed a lot of good food with fresh fish and truffle. We absolutely recommend this place.

We felt very comfortable at Alenka's. The apartment was superbly located, everything within walking distance. Everything was clean, Alenka was very friendly and helpful. Next time in Novigrad, I'd love to stay at the place again

Even after the first hours of our arrival, it was clear to us that we definitely want to come back again. We felt very comfortable – a great house that we really liked. The beautiful garden, proximity to the sea and the overall relaxed atmosphere made our stay perfect. Everything you need was there: bakery, shopping, and great restaurants right nearby.

Super clean, small apartment, absolutely sufficient for 2 people and small dog, equipped with everything you need. Everything was as described in advance. WiFi and TV work perfectly if you need it. Ana lives above the apartment and is always available when you need her. In the entrance area, there is a small cozy seating area. Ana's dog Aaron was also enthusiastic about our small, quiet dog😀, outside the apartment, - about 70 m - there is a meadow to walk the dog. We felt very comfortable.

The property is located in the middle of downtown Novigrad and everything is within walking distance. Just around the corner is the sea with a casual bar. We were 4 adults and a toddler and the place is really well laid out and equipped. The parking is about 10 minutes' walk, but that's not a problem. Simply drive to the accommodation, unload everything and one person then parks the car there. The car is no longer needed for further trips. You have everything on site - the sea, many children's playgrounds, great extensive walking paths, great restaurants, gravel/stone beach :) With Giulia, communication was straightforward and everything was to our satisfaction. Therefore 5 points.
