We had a really nice time at the Old Mulberry House! The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect in warm weather. The location was great for our stay. A little quieter and secluded, but all places and shopping were within easy reach. Tomi was very friendly, always responded quickly to our questions and recommended some nice restaurants and places. We would book the house again at any time and highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Istria! The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool and large outdoor area, plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The location is peaceful and offers a true taste of Istria, while still being within a short drive to charming towns, beaches, and local restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury in beautiful Croatia. We’d love to come back!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

Daniela and Korado welcomed us in a very friendly way and first gave us a guided tour of the property. All communication was very friendly, straightforward and fast. Everything matched the description and the view from the terrace is simply magnificent; the large pool was not only refreshing, but you could also swim in it very well. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the house and Daniela as well as Korado as hosts.

What a beautiful peaceful location. Everything is perfect! The most friendliest hosts and of course not forgetting Hugo who greeted us each day, gave a good home feeling. The villa is top standard, all amenities are available. WiFi was great. Pool was just the perfect place to relax. I will miss watching the many variety of birds who come to visit especially the Eurasian Hoopoes! Thank you so much, we love Croatia and will be back

Beautifully restored and furnished villa in the Istrian countryside. Magical pool and outside space. Rural but the coast is a pleasant hour walk away and Umag and Novigrad are both close for shopping, restaurants, etc. Friendly and responsive local host. Highly recommended.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

We had a great stay at Connor's! The house and garden including pool are great and very suitable to spend a nice time with family and dog. A very nice freely accessible large beach is located north of Porec (Pichlinger Mer/Hawaii Beach). Dogs are also allowed to swim here. The house is very practical and nicely decorated, a real oasis of well-being. Occasionally you hear boisterous party guests from other houses. However, this location is highly recommended!

We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Maja welcomed us very well and was super friendly, helpful and always available. I'd come back anytime – a clear recommendation!

A modern, well-equipped accommodation about 200 m from the sea. Within walking distance of 1-2 restaurants and a beach bar. Rooms, pool & terrace are as in the photos. There is a barbecue grill available. Towels are available in the bathroom as well as for the pool. Each room has its own bathroom & toilet. 1x baby bed is available, but during our stay no mattress, which you should bring with you, unless it has already been purchased by the landlord. 1x high chair available. Currently, there are construction sites around the house, where allegedly work may no longer be carried out from June 15. During our stay at the end of May, we unfortunately had extreme construction noise during the day 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. The access road is not yet paved, you drive a gravel road to the house. Basically, however, it would be a rather quiet location without street noise. Communication & check-in/out is very straightforward with a housekeeper who lives nearby. All in all a very nice place to stay for a large group or multiple families.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

we wanted to sincerely thank Luka for her availability and for the beautiful apartment she made available to us. Equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Great structure as well as the finishes and the beautiful pool that dominates the inner courtyard part. The area for grilling and eating outdoors was also very much appreciated by all guests. Amazing house that offered everything we were looking for. Very beautiful, just like in the photos and super clean. Great host that was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations on what to see and do in the region, where to eat, etc... We've had a great stay! The outdoor pool was a bit cold in May since it's not heated but the sauna and jacuzzi made up for that.

We had a lovely stay at Martina’s place it’s a beautiful and peaceful location, perfect for a short getaway. The house is clean and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Martina kindly showed us around the house upon arrival, which was very helpful.
