The gatehouse with its two apartments, Horse Stable and Coachman’s Room, is particularly well suited for two families who are friends and enjoy spending time together, while also appreciating having their own private space. The apartments share a main entrance and are connected via a hallway, each with its own separate apartment door. In the park directly outside the front door, you’ll find a boules court, football goals, as well as a rowing boat and opportunities for fishing, swimming, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).

The apartment on Gut Rodenberg is located on a 2 hectare park-like site with a natural swimming pond and the river "Stepenitz". Apartment in the separate part of the large barn overlooking the swimming pond. Living room with fireplace, cozy sofa corner, dining table group and kitchenette with dishwasher. On the upper floor: 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd children's room (2 beds) and bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is a second toilet in the basement. Dogs only on request!!!

A warm welcome! You will spend your holiday in a wooden holiday home in the middle of the countryside, which we have designed according to ecological and sustainable building criteria. It is located in a small holiday village, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. Outside there is a perennial garden with berries and flowers and a swimming pond 200 metres away at the Parin manor house! The ground floor is barrier-free and has been certified as such .

Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the waterfront of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your secluded 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 12 minutes by bike.

Welcome to our cozy vacation home with a 1A lake view in Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The bungalow is idyllically located in a small settlement between Lake Pönitz, forest and meadows! On foot you are in the water in 1 minute... A beach chair on Haffkrug beach is included! We completely renovated the house in the winter of 2024/25 and redesigned and furnished it with a lot of love for detail to 70 m². Now we are happy to welcome guests who appreciate this place as much as we do.
