The gatehouse with its two apartments, Horse Stable and Coachman’s Room, is particularly well suited for two families who are friends and enjoy spending time together, while also appreciating having their own private space. The apartments share a main entrance and are connected via a hallway, each with its own separate apartment door. In the park directly outside the front door, you’ll find a boules court, football goals, as well as a rowing boat and opportunities for fishing, swimming, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).

The apartment on Gut Rodenberg is located on a 2 hectare park-like site with a natural swimming pond and the river "Stepenitz". Apartment in the separate part of the large barn overlooking the swimming pond. Living room with fireplace, cozy sofa corner, dining table group and kitchenette with dishwasher. On the upper floor: 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd children's room (2 beds) and bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. There is a second toilet in the basement. Dogs only on request!!!

It is located in a small holiday village, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. Outside there is a perennial garden with berries and flowers and a swimming pond 200 metres away at the Parin manor house! The ground floor is barrier-free and has been certified as such .

Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the waterfront of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your secluded 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 12 minutes by bike.

We welcome you to our new, newly renovated house. Our house is bright and modernly furnished and has a large, sunny garden with lots of flowers and fruit trees, where you can relax wonderfully. It is the ideal starting point for your activities in Plön and Holstein Switzerland to the Baltic Sea coast.

The car is parked right outside the door. Hallway, eat-in kitchen, shower room and one bedroom with double bed (2x 80 cm mattresses) & TV are on the ground floor. The approx. 50 sqm light-flooded living area on the first floor can be reached via a wooden staircase. There are also two single beds 80 x 200 cm. The windows can all be darkened. On arrival the beds are made up. The south-facing terrace is accessible from the kitchen and is secluded.

Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the municipality of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The house is quietly and idyllically located in a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with about 110 m² of living space, a fenced garden and a covered terrace. We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.
