Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Mare Baltica: Arrive, breathe deeply and relax

Spacious, bright, and quiet 2-room apartment (48 sqm) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the sea. It's a five minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 sqm) facing southwest gets sunlight from noon until evening and is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a leisurely breakfast or dinner. The apartment has a private parking space for the car. Swimming pool and tennis court can be used for a small fee.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

A highlight is the large Skyview skylight above the large bed (2 mattresses of 120 x 200 cm) for sleeping under the stars. We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.
