Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

From the accommodation you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and reach the city centre or the airport in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.
