In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Idyllic garden house near Lake Karlsfeld

The accommodation is a simple old cottage (former workshop) on the hostess's quite "natural" property that you use alone. The 50 sqm apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen-living room, a small shower room and a room with a desk (this room is not to be heated, the kitchen only very minimal). The double bed has a size of 1.40 x 2 m, so is for two people something narrow. You can use your own, somewhat protected terrace from view.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.
