Supermarkets in 10 -15 min, S-Bahn 6 min & 16 minutes to main station. From airport, go with S-Bahn to Laim then with S2 Dachau/Altomünster/Petershausen to Karlsfeld! FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Berndt and his wife Gabi were both incredible. They were very considerate of our travel, and even gave us their personal phone numbers in case we got lost or needed any help with anything. Berndt also graciously gave us a ride to the train station on our morning of departure! The surrounding area was beautiful, walkable, and very peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend!

Anja and Michael are perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful, always available. They have created a beautiful cozy atmosphere in the apartment, modern electrical appliances in the small but very functional kitchen. The bathroom is wonderfully equipped with a bathtub, spacious shower, cabinets and underfloor heating. The bed also has a high-quality mattress. Wi-Fi is excellent. Private parking space available. There is not a single criticism from my side, just everything perfect. Thank you!

We stayed with Gesa and Christoph for the first time and felt like we were staying with good friends. We didn't miss anything and if something happened (which was not the case), they were always available. The construction trailer was extremely cozy and furnished with a lot of love. In addition to the wood-burning stove, there is even infrared heating. It was very convenient that things like shower gel, shampoo, vinegar & oil, salt & pepper, coffee and tea were already available. Just like with friends. The location near the lake is optimal, and the ducks in the garden always made us smile. It was a very nice weekend where we could completely switch off. Thanks to Gesa and Christoph for making this possible <3

Good morning, congratulations to Axel & Katrin for their accommodation, exactly as described, completely renovated and with new furnishings. We used it for a business stay, but the location is very convenient for visiting Munich and its surroundings. I highly recommend it.
