The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Let me tell you! This house has it all! You walk in and only need groceries. Every picture is the house itself. My son and nephew enjoyed games and pool. I loved sitting on patio at night and read my book. It’s close enough to things you want to do and eat and beaches but in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people that you don’t see often. I will be back!

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. We came to Cape Coral to fish with family in the area. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable and have the best time. The canal did not disappoint, we were able to catch jacks, snappers, and lots of cat fish. Gary responded immediately when we had a question and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast staying at the Pyramid Village. really peaceful area to stay in unlike the clutter hotels and parking. you have 2 private parking spots right infront of the home and short easy access the front door. we plan to stay there again soon.

This place was the best find of all of Ft Myers. It was easy to come and go from the beach to down town. It was more that peaceful, safe, clean, and convenient. Everything I could need was in this home. And the car port came in real handy during the afternoon rains. I will absolutely use this place again.

The place was very nice and roomy. Everything was available in the home that was needed during our stay. Palmer was very quick to respond to questions.

The house was like a resort. We played in the sun and lounged. We were celebrating our anniversary and the host went the extra mile to make it unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back.

This was by far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It was perfect for us (and our two dogs). And just as beautiful as the pictures! The Airbnb is very clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. There were clear instructions written out, but if we had any questions, Loree responded quickly. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb, but walked into town, which was less than a 10 minute walk. We met Loree, who is one of the nicest people we have met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to going back and renting her Airbnb too!

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Excellent stay! Was everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the openness of the inside. Perfect pool. Was able to swim night day & night. Patio was great to sit out in any time of the day or night. Outside patio fans were great. Matthew was helpful & kind. Beds were comfortable. Neighbor was peaceful. Perfect birthday, retirement & anniversary stay for our adult family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Matthew!

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was wonderful. The view on the canal is just gorgeous. The kitchen was very well equipped for our cooking needs. My family and I were so lucky to come across this gem in the Cape! We cannot wait to visit again!

I can’t rate this place highly enough! Clean and tidy, lovely interior. They really went above and beyond with details and touches. Kitchen is well equipped and even has beach chairs and towels for beach trips which came in handy! Walmart shop just 5mins down the road, has lovely swimming pool and was nice and peaceful. It’s a real gem!
