Amazing location right on Lake Erie. This cozy lake house has a large kitchen, full bathroom and a living room/bedroom with king-size bed. The cottage is off by itself so you can enjoy your seclusion, but we live about 200 feet away so we can assist you if you need us. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck while watching nature, spectacular sunsets on the private patio, and falling asleep to the sounds of the lake. The carriage house has a private entrance, a small kitchen and bathroom on the first level, the living area and bedroom are upstairs above our garages. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stays. You’ll love this newly remodeled third floor suite in our large century home located near Coventry Village/University Circle/Cleveland Clinic. The private suite with separate entrance and stairs has an air conditioned large bedroom with a firm queen bed, a sunny sitting room with a futon and a bathroom (shower) finished in Victorian ornate wood trim! Off street parking is in the rear. Our place is great for couples or business travelers, and the futon can sleep a child or adult.

The backyard is private and includes a small patio area with a grill, table and four chairs. There is also a fire pit. It is the perfect place to start and end your day.

This house has 900 square feet and is very comfortable for a night stay or a week stay or more. It has been updated with new flooring, paint, lighting, appliances and new bathroom. Both bedrooms have brand new beds and bedding. The living room has a brand new futon that folds out to a double bed. New TV in living room.
