The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. The price includes a car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces.
