Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

For professional handling there is a detailed description. Each wood basket costs EUR 10. Please leave the money in the hut. Bed linen/towels are included in the rental price. While the children play outdoors on the playground equipment, parents can sit back and relax. Even on rainy days, the toys and books provided inside the house ensure there is never a dull moment. Additionally, a hot tub is available in the garden (for an extra fee), perfect for moments of family relaxation.

The 10,000-square-meter property is equipped with fruit trees and berry bushes and invites you to snack and for the children to romp around. You can swim, grill, make campfires, relax on the terrace or simply unwind. Fishing and horseback riding by appointment. Golf course 11 km away. Both houses (together with "Exclusive House on the Lake") can also be booked. Then there is room for 12 people

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
