The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Both houses (together with "Exclusive House on the Lake") can also be booked. Then there is room for 12 people

Our cozy vacation home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto supermarket is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
