Located on the mountain with a breathtaking view of the sea. It is on two levels, on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a bathroom inside complete with shower. There is also a double room with two single beds and a full bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living area with sofas, TV and a kitchen complete with all amenities. There is a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. Outside there is a swimming pool with deckchairs, umbrellas and a veranda equipped with a table and chairs.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
