Would definitely stay again as it was a lovely flat and great location. Really fresh, white and spotless bedding and towels. Lovely thought with little extras milk, biscuits, tea & coffee and even a box of cereals. Train station right around the corner with great very reliable and frequent service to Edinburgh and Glasgow. All in all a great place to have as a base

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodations were exactly as described, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had with Airbnb. David was an excellent communicator from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. His flat is in a great area—convenient, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. He even went the extra mile by leaving us some milk and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and David was a dream to work with. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Ksenija and Jason's place for two weeks - I was very comfortable. The flat is in a fantastic location - walkable to public transport, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and yet very quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was luxurious and had great water pressure, and the internet worked well for the entire stay. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. Overall, a great place to be for a couple of weeks and I plan to try and stay there again on future visits.

Mandeep truly is a Superhost. You can feel the effort she pours into make the space feel homely. The flat is as per pictures, and was spotless when we arrived. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the milk in the fridge to go with the assortment of teas and biscuits. Her responses were prompt and communication was clear. We enjoyed our time there. Would definitely book with her again!

Excellent place to stay and feel at home. This is a perfect spot to stay for several days and close to everything. Plenty of space with large rooms and everything you need. Anne was always responsive and there when you needed her which wasn’t much, because everything was already taken care of. Highly recommend!! Easily 5 stars!!

It is a beautiful place to stay in a great neighborhood. Felt safe and it was close to the grocery store, restaurants, and subway station. Plenty of space for 4 adults to spread out. I’d definitely recommend starting here!!!

Andy's place was perfect, he was an extremely helpful and receptive host, the apartment was immaculate and really peaceful. It was a great base from which to get out and about around Edinburgh. Five stars all round, if we could give six we would.

We will certainly stay here again when we come back. The location was perfect. Easy access to everything. Inside, it was a beautiful apartment. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is way better than the pictures, squeaky clean that you could perform an operation anywhere in the house. It was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at quite a few! It’s even cleaner than most hotels!! Katie was nice, very responsive and helpful when I had questions. If I’m ever back to Cumbernauld, I’m definitely staying here again!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful village. Spacious, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. A real home from home. Quiet and relaxing in a picture postcard village.

The Shiel House was an absolutely stunning and massive property. We visited as a large group of 8 on a golf trip, and this was the perfect Airbnb. It was beyond spacious, with all the amenities a large group would need for a week long stay. The location was great for us with popular golfing destinations like St Andrews and Gleneagles within driving distance, as well as a litany of local courses. We also were within driving distance of Edinburgh with plenty of fine dining options. Tim was a very gracious and helpful host who provided clear instructions on locating the property, as well as a fun treasure hunt that takes you around the property and to local spots. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the property and the host!!

Our month long stay at Fortrenn was an unforgettable experience that left us feeling rejuvenated, inspired and in love with Scotland. The cottage itself is a charming blend of traditional Scottish architecture and modern amenities. It features cozy rooms adorned with local artwork and comfortable furnishings that made us feel instantly at home. The living area was particularly inviting, with a fireplace that added warmth and character to the space. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare our own meals. One of the highlights of Fortrenn was the master bedroom, which offered panoramic views of the loch. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a luxurious bathtub. The combination of stunning natural beauty, charming accommodations, and warm hospitality helped to create our perfect vacation. Fortrenn proved to be the ideal base from which to explore all that this remarkable region has to offer. We hope to be able to return one day soon!

A beautiful home away from home! The perfect base to explore Glasgow — easy access to public transport, lovely walking routes, and a great way to soak up the charm of this vibrant city. We spent some spectacular days here as two families with kids aged 9 to 13, and it couldn’t have been better!

Our week at The Stables is one of the best holidays we've ever had. Laura and Ronnie we're so welcoming and the accommodation is idyllic. It was such a relaxing week in a stunning area. There were plenty of walks to do with our boys (dogs) and resident Bertie made them feel right at home. We're still missing Bertie now!! I think I asked Ronnie for local recommendations everyday and he was always so happy to help. We'd highly recommend Nick Nairn's for a meal and takeaway pizza! The Stables was impeccably clean, perfectly equipped for our stay and an all round great spot. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Tom was super available and was waiting to welcome us. The house is very well equipped, very comfortable and the views from the house are so beautiful. I highly recommend it!

This is a lovely place to stay with amazing views over the water. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We were able to park outside no problem and took a bus in to Dundee for the day- there is a bus stop on the street. Would love to come back on a sunny day and sit outside in the garden and look out to the water. There are a lot of steps to the property and in the back garden so probably would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues but for us it was great.

We had the best time here! Scott helped us out a lot by accomodating us a day early when our when broke down. The place was clean and very modern, everything we needed was there! We walked into the city almost every day but the subway is fairly close so that is an option too. You don't have to go far for the best food, our favourite place was just 10 mins walking distance! We will absolutely come back to Scotts' when we come back to Glasgow!

The condo was just as described, good location for getting around Stirling. Extremely clean with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Excellent communication with Anna and James who came to let us in to the unit. Only complaint would be that it was a little too warm in the apartment at night. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in this flat. Plenty of space to spread out and well located near restaurants and sightseeing. The videos provided on how to access and used appliances were incredibly helpful. I wish all owners would do the same. If we return to Glasgow I would stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends.

It was a pleasure to book my stay here. I was travelling with my family. Its just 15 mins by car to Glasgow city centre. We also did day road trip to inverness from here. It's an absolutely amazing property, very private and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable had best sleep after tiring day schedule. The shower is pretty awesome with a good pressure of water to feel fresh. It's a fully loaded property with car parking. I totally recommend it for people travelling with as family, couples and solo. I would love to be back here for a longer period of time.

Very good location. Host met us for check in and explained the heating and a few other items. Apartment was spotless, kitchen has all necessary items utensils to cook with. Great pressure in the showers and a nice sized bathtub. Train station was a short ten minute walk. Apartment has a lift, and is bright and sunny, but has block out curtains in the bedrooms. Great restaurants all within walking distance and also a large grocery store. A great stay! If available book it.
