Great stay, especially for dog owners! The place was very clean and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near the motorways, making travel easy. Also a great spot if you’re bringing dogs there are plenty of nice walks nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Stay at a Beautiful, Well-Maintained Property We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property itself is beautiful — tastefully decorated with a modern, welcoming interior that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, clearly cared for with attention to detail. The kitchen was especially impressive — fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, which made things so convenient during our stay. It was a great space to relax in after a day out. Our host was also wonderful — always responsive and easy to reach if we had any questions. Their clear communication and helpfulness really added to the positive experience. All in all, a great stay and one we’d happily book again. Highly recommended

We have just returned home after spending 5 fabulous nights at Hayfield. We checked ourselves using the key safe and our host, Richard popped by about an hour later to greet us and pass on some very useful tips and to make sure we were happy with everything. It was lovely to be greeted personally and to know that Richard lived very close by if we had any problems. The bed was very comfortable and there was an abundance of hot water. I loved the induction hob ( have one at home) and the big fridge/freezer was fab. The use of the driveway and outside space was a real bonus. The garden at the back of the house is a real suntrap! Richard supplied us with a key for the garage to store our bikes and even came around and put them in there himself to make sure there was enough room for them. The Forth and Clyde Canal is less than a minutes walk away and the Kelpies about 1.5 miles. Lots of cycling opportunities straight out of the door too. We would be very, very happy to stay here again.

The place was perfect for my family of 11 with spacious bedrooms. The facility is very well maintained with very good attention to detail. The host is also very accommodating. Location is in the middle of Edinburgh and Glassgow at a lovely little settlement in a beautiful country side. Would definitely stay here whenever I visit Scotland again.

Lift or stay here, I came with two teenagers, we went to visit the Kelpies, Falkirk wheel, we jumped on the train. I went to Glasgow and Edinburgh, we drove to the Forth bridge and the Queensferry Crossing- it was a perfect location! The train station was Next Door. We loved our accommodation - I cooked nights, and we had everything that we needed. There was a fabulous welcome hamper which included milk bread and eggs, thank you so much. We extended our stay while we were there, and we would definitely go back and stay again. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay x

This place was truly perfect--hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. Comfortable bed, great water pressure, fast WiFi, cozy ambiance. It was all there. We really love how every amenities had instructions and signs, which was very helpful. The location was ideal for us, peaceful and quiet. It's close to Denny town center too. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this place strikes the perfect balance. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, with clear communication and great local recommendations. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this one does. I honestly didn’t want to leave, and I’m already dreaming of coming back. If you’re lucky enough to book this place, do it! You won’t regret it! We can sense that Judith takes care of the place with love and care.

We loved this bungalow, it was absolutely perfect for my family’s short trip to visit relatives. The underfloor heating makes it cosy and comfortable, and there is plenty of space in all of the rooms. Everything was clean and fresh, and Monika was the best hostess. She made sure the beds were ready, the fluffy towels were all piled up ready, and the hot tub / spa was filled up ready for a relaxing soak after a long journey. Monika took the time to show us around the property, so that we could see how everything works. We hope very much to come back again in the future, this place will be top of our list!

Smart flat very handy to the conference centre. Good size for 1 to 2 people... Everything works well including the washer dryer. Quiet neighbours, easy access.. WiFi excellent. Highly recommended and Scott was very helpful and fast.

We absolutely loved our two night stay here. The unit is so clean and well put together, the beds were the most comfortable we have slept in for our whole trip. Lovely touches with some supplies left for us and having the use of a washing machine was also another big tick. The location is amazing, right in the middle of it all, walking distance to everything. We wished that we could have stayed longer to take in all the sites properly. We hope to return one day.

A very beautiful place in a perfect location! Would recommend for sure. Tip on parking: Parking outside on the street was a bit tricky for us as the parking app to pay wouldn’t work for our US phones. If you plan to park on the street be sure to have several pounds in coins to pay just in case.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayt & David’s place! It was absolutely spotless and so well stocked with anything and everything we could have needed for the weekend, including some really thoughtful touches like croissants, milk and the famous Tunnocks tea cakes! The views over the garden and hills were gorgeous. It was so easy to find and access when we arrived, parking was available right outside on the street and there is a cute pub with some great food right across the street. The bathroom and kitchen were in fantastic condition and supplied with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of instructions around the place so we were never stuck working out what to do with appliances etc. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day!

The pictures do NOT do this BEAUTIFUL space justice! This apartment is one of the very nicest we have ever stayed in, and we’ve been in Airbnbs in about 15 countries. Every single attention has been given, every consideration…the decorations are so pretty and so nice. In many Airbnbs, owners use the cheapest decor simply because it’s a rental. In Val’s Airbnb, it is very apparent from the moment one enters the apartment, this was a labor of love for her. I would have LOVED to have been able to attend a yoga class with her in her studio, but our travels did not allow that. This is a place I would recommend again and again, and this is a place I would excitedly return to!

Clean, spacious, nicely furnished unit in an excellent location. Close to many restaurants and pubs; easy walk to shopping and downtown sights. Parking is a great bonus. Natasha was very proactive with instructions and offers of assistance. Check-in videos were very helpful and made access a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.
