Appartamento(2.5) al piano terra in una casa di tre appartamenti, bella vista verso il piano, lago Maggiore e montagne. Veranda, cucinino, 1 camera, WC con doccia. NO camino. Condiviso giardino e lavanderia. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. Uscita autostrada Bellinzona-sud, a 5’ e 25’ a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Ideale per escursioni a piedi e bici.

Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Grottino, the modern, bright apartment

Our Casa Rossa offers a separate apartment with the Grottino. It is a studio and has no separate rooms, see photos. For our guests there is room for retreat, relaxation, comfort, private kitchen, sunny residential area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (crib available). All barrier-free and with an elevator. We look forward to seeing you soon!
